Came in on a slow Thursday night. everything was pristine upon entry: Tables were all clean and their station was in tip top shape.
The two employees were really friendly and very, very fast.
I ordered 4 footlongs and a 6" and they had them all made exactly to specification within 6 minutes!

Local, easy access, and low traffic area. The store is the usual outlet type that shares bathrooms between another fast food franchise. The place is clean and comfortable with two gentlemen that are pleasant and attentive. The food is as good as I remember in other places throughout the States. Whether you're looking for dine in or carryout, this is one sandwich that will not disappoint you.

May 2021 arrived and witnessed and received best service. The two ADULT staff needed to close early and worked over. Because it was a Friday and the "youth of today" called off. But the last two customers who walked in from across the street were served. Even though the doors were locked. Nothing was perfect. But because of these two grownups, subway Brookshire was super great.
