So far my experience with these folks has been great. Had a tremendous amount of work done on our pool all the way from the liner to the concrete deck. I have used about every other company for work on our pool that is in our area. By far this team seems to be the most knowledgeable. Even today when I got my water tested the nice lady at the front desk took the time to break down the exact process I need to follow to put in the chemicals. I definitely look forward to doing business with this company in the future.

This company is the best! They communicated the entire process as it was being completed and did great work!! The pandemic didn't help anything but these guys were the best! Hands down the only pool company I would deal with! If you're looking for a pool this is the company!!

I was at the store on 7/6/2022 waiting on the owner to open. The person that made the comment about the owner being rude was the rude one. They past the store up at backed up on 31w right when the owner was trying to pull into the parking lot and had to stop suddenly because the rude customer was backing up on 31w. Who does that? So they got out of their car and popped off at the owner for not being able to see the business. They asked her if other people pass the business and all she said was no. They got embarrassed and cussed her out and left. The owner was never rude!!! So tell the story the right way and don’t down a business when YOU were wrong!!!!

Always helpful. Have had them opening and closing my pool for a few years now. They do a great job!

Started going here to get water tested for hot tub. Have never had a bad experience. Would definitely go back here before other places.

The company logo is very confusing. I thought it was E The Pool Store. Maybe connect the pool in the logo and color it in blue, but not like on the entrance door over lapping The word. Maybe a c shape to close the sign up would look very nice. The blue water in the pool could lite up at night, on the building. That would draw my attention. All just ideas do what you want with them just trying to help

Lack of communication. Always said they would come out and would never come to check and see what they would need to do to clean our pool. Very disappointing. If you can’t do a job or do something, just let customers know instead of leaving them in the unknown.

The absolute worst communication I’ve ever had to deal with in a company. Left messages for a change in services and never replied and then show up to do work unannounced only to tell us they couldn’t complete it. They came and took my pool down and now I’m left with a hole in the ground and out $500+. At the end we were told they don’t deal with above ground pools. That sounds like a conversation for the initial estimate. I would give zero stars if I could.

Purchased a pool in March was told no lead time on install outside of weather. Three months later we were still "third" on the list for install with no commitment date. Owner was extremely unprofessional going as far as to call us liars and hanging up on us, all we ever received was excuse after excuse one of which was lack of employees. However, when we picked up the pool, we were informed of a 10-man crew for installs, in-ground only! Guess if you spend more you get treated better!!!! Ten days after picking up pool it, was installed by a different "professional" company. Don't waste your time or money with The Pool Store!

I do not recommend this business. I had an appointment on the books for months to clean and set up my pool spa for the season, 11 May. It is The guy came couple days after scheduled appointment. As an inexperienced pool owner, I did not know the pool had to be at 95 degrees to make the cleaning chemical work properly. So, he left the chemical with me. I sent several txts letting him know the prgrogress. Not one response returned. He apparently had a personal issue in the mean time. That happenes. However, after numerous calls and empty promises, he has not returned. It is now 28 May. Apparently, his other customers had more pressing issues than mine. I tried to be understanding - ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! My pool wasn't all that dirty. I am almost 68 yrs old and didn't want to fall cleaning it thus the reason for the appointment. Btw, the first appointment last yr to fix a problem was completed satisfactorily but he was late doing that job too. Thought I'd try his company another chance this year. My mistake. Don't think I'll be calling again any time soon. Other businesses are booked out 2-3 weeks in June. Now, I'll be doing the job myself. I just hate giving a bad review on a fairly new company - they deserve a chance to succeed. But given my personal experience, it doesn't look promising.
