Love this place! Huge selection and very helpful employees. I was looking for a specific kind of vape battery (that doesn't suck) and they ordered me 3! And they came in in less than a week.
I also love the Funky Republic brand of nicotine vapes... they don't burn out and taste gross before they are empty, they have separate battery display and juice left display. I buy them here all the time.

Great store! The inside is clean and organized. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this location!

This place has been my to-go vape shop. Great customer service. Wish they'd write a sign for the discounts but they'd usually tell you about associated sale with the products you would buy. If not, always ask if there is one going with whatever you are buying. The salesperson has been able to answer any stupid questions I would throw and he's been very informative!

Lately I've been buying 510 threaded vape batteries at other shops only for them to stop working. Cloud 9 hooked me up with a FREE two week warranty to combat this issue. As long as that keeps up im only buying my vapes at cloud 9.

This place is great. The people that work there are very nice and always are willing to help you out with anything you need. They have the biggest selection of products so far out of all the stores i been too.

This is an add on to my last review best vape shop around crazy to go anywhere else. I messed up my bong attachment to my gas mask I purchased from here and literally called and the next day they got me a replacement bong for 20 bucks to my gas mask best shop ever I don’t like doing business anywhere else.

I've just quit smoking cigarettes and wanted to try vaping. I went into a couple of other shops and they were not helpful at all. I drove by cloud 9 smokes and figured I would try one more time. Once I walked in the the store I knew this place was different. They had a big choice of devices and juices. The guy that took care of me was very helpful and patient with me since i didn't know anything about vaping. I have been back to the shop a few times and they are always friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.

I was working in Buffalo from out of town and my Smok Nord died in the hotel. Called first and the guy was friendly and sold me on the Nord2 over the phone. Bought it and I am happy. Friendly service goes a long way. Thanks

I’m a regular Cloud 9 goer and when I’m unable to make it to their Elmwood location I visit their brother store on Niagara Falls Blvd. The selection here is just as good as the other store. Same as the other location, workers are knowledgeable and helpful. Give them a visit and see for yourself!

I have been vaping now for a year. I have purchased 6 differant kits. Ooze Slim Pen, Novo and Novo 4, Vaporesso Xros, Caliburn and Caliburn G and use differant ones at differant times. I really enjoy each one depending on my mood for the day. Needless to say I am in constant need of parts for each. I found Cloud 9 online and began going there for my things. I don't think that they have ever been out of anything I needed. Then the service is always great and they can answer any question I have regarding vaping. The Best in Buffalo as far as I'm concerned
