Penn Medicine Becker ENT & Allergy

My experience with Becker ENT & Allergy was very positive. The office staff was very friendly, efficient and capable. Dr. Frake was professional. He had spent time before entering the exam room knowing what I was there for, knowing my chart & test results, etc. It was refreshing.

All the staff have been friendly & helpful.
Both my Doctor and the Audiologist fully explained the procedures and results, fully answering all questions and concerns.
I highly recommend this group.

Dr. Becker is a great doctor, confident, answered all my questions. Made me feel comfortable about my procedure. It was everything he said it would be, l am very pleased, and healing up nicely!!

Dr. Yamasaki was amazing. I have lived in Princeton all my life and I don’t know why I haven’t come here sooner! The front desk met my every need, and Dr. Yamasaki changed my life in minutes. My ears were cleared painlessly, and she put my worries of a sinus infection at ease. Can’t wait for my next ear cleaning!

I am very happy with the service and my hearing aids. Dr. Han was very knowledgeable and helpful when I was making the decision for the aids. Dr. Frake is also very nice and cares about his patients. He spends time and listens to concerns. I would recommend Becker ENT.

I particularly appreciate it when doctors are smart, effective, and attentive to the details of the patient's needs and situation. This was certainly the case in my appointment. The administrative support was also excellent. My needs as a person with a disability were taken into consideration smoothly and without difficulty, which unfortunately cannot be said of all the other medical facilities that I have visited. I am a very satisfied patient so far.

Dr. Han is a true pleasure of clarity, patience & efficiency. I look forward to seeing her on each & every visit. She has made the entire process of learning to live with hearing aides one of the less difficult aspects of aging & has done it for me with generosity & good humor. I actually look forward to my visits with her.

I entered the facility, the nurses at the front desk greeted me with paperwork. Within a very short period of time I was called into the exam room. The nurse was lovely. Dr Frack was excellent. Very very bright man. Great diagnostic skills and comprehensive patient teaching. I was pleased, very pleased with the entire experience.

Dr Alisa Yamasaki was a total professional. I could not believe when she cleared my ears of dried up wax during examining me. She was thorough and I am looking forward to working under her care in the coming weeks and months. I hope she gets to talk to Dr Danila and work out a treatment plan for my cysts (chest snd face).

Dr. Frake listens well, explains everything very well, and is very knowledgeable. He is pleasant and easy to talk to. The support staff was also friendly and efficient. I’m very happy with this group and hope to continue going to them for years to come.

Dr. Yamasaki performed my surgery and did an excellent job. Her and the entire staff are the best. My dad is her patient now as well.

I had an issue that required urgent attention. Dr. Wong squeezed me in to her schedule and expertly resolved a difficult problem. She was patient and considerate of my comfort throughout the entire experience. I could not recommend her more highly.

I have visited the center in Bunn Drive, as well as the one in Ewing street. The facilities are nice and clean, and the personnel are helpful and friendly. I am very pleased with the treatment I received from Dr. Becker.

Dr. Wong exhibited exceptional inquisitiveness, an expert command of underlying knowledge, and a sixth sense for problem determination and next steps. In addition, both the staff and nurse responsible for checking the vital signs and other information were welcoming, caring, listened and set things at ease. Recommended.
