They finally got new management and a well trained team at this site. It's cleaner and food is bountiful. We now feel comfortable going back and making it one of our favorite fast food options!

One of the best Chipotle locations I’ve ever been to. Cleanliness 10/10 and the manager that helped us was very nice as well. We’ll be switching to this location from now on!

Been here twice for lunch and best tasting chipotle I have had. Highly recommend this location.

Chanhassen Chipotle has always had the best quality and service compared to other Chipotle’s across the US.

Always get good food from here. Tried the Carne Asada this time and it just wasn’t for me. Definitely didn’t look like the medium rare, tender steak they show in the picture. And not worth the extra cost. I’ll definitely stick with the chicken next time around.

Food was good! For only having three employees on a Saturday night and a line out the door, we got our order quickly. They were clearly working harder than they should have to, and still had great attitudes and excellent customer service! Hopefully they can get more staff here as these employees deserve a break and a raise for how hard they work!!!

I do see this at a lot of Chipotles understaffed so cleanliness can be put on the wayside a little bit. Service was great and they were doing the best they could with what they had. Obviously the food was freaking delicious.

At first I was scared away by the horrible reviews, but when I went here for myself my experience was impeccable. The food portions were amazing, the soulful taste made my tastebuds melt. I want to make a complete section to the amazing service and the great workers at this establishment. High character men and women who obviously love their job. I would give this 10 stars if I could. Don’t let the bad reviews scare you.

Food is fresh and tasty the staff is great especially how busy they are. But the restaurant inside is very dirty tables not wiped down, drinks spilled everywhere sticky floors and drink station. The special drinks like lemonade and fresca berry and another drink was empty and garbage everywhere. I wouldn't suggest eating inside but I would order food to go.

I have been here more then 15 times and I really regret not to leave a review! This place always had a short line, but if a long one it always tends to go fast! People do complain about it, but it only stays long if one or two people are ordering for more then one person! I do believe that if you are planning to order for more then one person, call in or do an online order! It really helps everyone, especially the workers! The place has very clean bathrooms! I have always seen smiley faces from the workers and think that is always something that brightens my day! Hope this helps!! 😁

The service is really good and the food is really good but just the bathrooms and it isn't it for me and the floors are dirty not trying to say it's bad

Best experience ever! This will now be our chipotle and will recommend to all. We live in shakopee but will drive further because they went above and beyond for us tonight!
Weds are always my husband and my “date night” even though our 2 yr old is always joining us we usually get take out or go out. Chipotle being at the top of our list we decided to order through the app as we have done lately. I was planing Chanhassen cause it’s always a toss up for distance since I work in Chaska, we live in shakopee, but I always go to shakopee to pick up our 2 yr old from daycare by 530. I pre prefer on the app , deciding Chanhassen would be best this time because our little one like chick fil a which is close the the Chan location. I planned to pick it up by 6 but when I arrived to pick up our son he was crying in pain w an ear infection. I tried to call the store to cancel our order that I was supposed to pick up in a half hr . Urgent care was where we were headed. My husband called the store to cancel and they graciously offered to deliver our meals to us! In shakopee ! So my husband took them up on it and the new manager delivered it from Chanhassen to shakopee herself! There was also a nice note on a napkin that said “well wishes from us at chipotle!” And also on my bowl they wrote “get well soon!” My husband sent me a pic of it and I cried while holding my son in urgent care. I was able to enjoy the food when I got home at 7. Thank you for going above and beyond and for the kind words sent!

Had the best Chipotle experience of my life here - many times! Everyone is friendly and the line moves pretty fast; I will certainly make this Chipotle my most frequented location. Always clean and always satisfying.

Inexpensive, a lot of food (get the burrito bowl) and really fresh and good flavors. The experience here is always consistently good. Restaurant could be kept cleaner. Always a good idea to come here before noon or 6 PM as it gets very busy.

Good service. Good food quality. Better than other locations. Line moves fast. Just be aware that the hours listed on Google are wrong and they usually close around 7:30 because they are usually understaffed.

Great people and service. Can get quite crowded but that's because of the demand and bottleneck with all Chipotle restaurant ordering system. They need a revamp by having people place orders a different way. But this place is still great with friendly service.

Great customer service! The manager Joseph, went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience.

Staff was very kind. The chips I got to go were a very small portion. Called and talked to Kathy who promptly apologized and took down my name to get free chips the next time I went back. Mistakes happen, but I was happy with how Kathy resolved it.
