I run a small business and find myself at the post office dropping off orders almost daily- the ladies here are THE BEST! They are happy, helpful, and so kind. I've never worked with a sweeter group of ladies! they make my daily drop off a joy!

The ladies that work here are THE BEST. They never have a bad attitude, always friendly, no matter how many people are waiting in line. I love this post office, and am so grateful to have one right here in town!

Packages are never delivered. When I go in to pick up packages they say they cannot find them and that they are not there. If I show them the tracking number they will go in the back and tada they are always there!

I have been disappointed many times. I have had packages lost or misplaced. packages that only had our street address were left sitting at the post office to be picked up when they should've never been kept in the first place. they are SO inconsistent on getting mail to your home on time it's as bad as a 3 hour difference. When you have a problem they laugh it off and take nothing seriously it is quite a shame.

Wanted to update my original review, went in yesterday to check and see when a package would arrive and ask them to hold it there so i could come and pick it up first thing. This morning i check the tracking and it tells me they have put it on one of their cars and it is now going to arrive sometime this evening. They cannot even execute simple tasks it is extremely frustrating.

Used to be great until recently (2019), now are completely useless!! Dogmatically refuse to provide helpful customer service when it comes to delivering mail. A small town post-office should have the common decency to deliver local mail to the customer who they obviously know and could take 2 seconds to put it in the proper box, but no.... now everything is slapped with a yellow sticker and sent back. Don't know if its some major policy overhaul or just a local thing. Customer service is obviously not a priority. Very frustrating.

Our post office used to be THE BEST on the planet.. It always had wonderful customer service and you were greeted with a smile. Since the change of the Post Master, they cant even get your mail in the correct box, multiple packages have been lost, and their is NO customer service at all. In fact, they could care less about serving you.

I had to mail a package to India. Sienie sold me insurance on it telling me it would cover it in case it got lost or stolen between here and India. I paid a lot for this coverage and she knew exactly what I was sending because she helped me package it and told me exactly what to put on the paperwork. My package ended up getting lost and now the Post Office won't cover it! I have asked BOTH her and Jeanie (the manager) to help me SEVERAL times. Jeanie then went out for surgery and blew it off and Sienie kept promising me she would call me back and I have called her SEVERAL times and she tells me the SAME thing, "I'll get back to you". I feel she should cover the cost of the insurance at least since she should not have told me it would be covered but she has done NOTHING to help.

I’m really not sure how you attempt to deliver packages and somehow fail? Twice in the last two weeks and this time no tire tracks or foot prints in the driveway. Laziness or incompetence?
