Rob’s Window is not only great at what they do, they are kind and go out of their way to try to get the best prices, best product and will spend the time to research exactly what you need in order to make your home not only remain safe, but look fantastic.

Rob and his staff always show up right on time, and if something happens, weather related, family emergency and/or sicknesses (we live in Michigan the flu is a rotating spell) they will respectively give you a call first thing in the morning to let you know exactly what’s going on. The office manager, Jennifer is a delight to work with and she will contact you and get you right back on their schedule asap.

Rob’s window offers many things as i’ve had multiple things done to my own home down to part repairs, glass replacement, or all new windows/doorlites/patio doors you name it, they are going to try their hardest to make it happen for you. They are a very small family owned/operated business with the most gigantic hearts.

Rob's Window came out quickly and provided a competitive estimate. Another company from the area I had contacted had complained that the job was difficult and provided an unreasonable estimate.

The replacement glass I ordered arrived quickly and they even went the extra step to paint the inside trim on the window after making the repairs. I would definitely recommend them for any window repair.

The balance rods in every window in our house were broken so they had to be propped open. I had another company come in and quote repairs but when they tried to fix them they couldn’t do it, gave up and said replacement parts were not available.

Then I found Rob’s. Rob came in and recommended replacing the existing system with an updated design. His estimate was lower than the other company and he said he could be done in a couple hours. The windows now work like new, Rob and his daughter completed the job in 2 hours with no additional costs and cleaned up all of the windows! I estimate Rob’s saved us over $10,000 vs replacement windows. Very knowledgeable, and professional and a local family business! I Highly Recommend!

We could not have had a better experience. Everyone we interacted with, from the front office to the installers, was extremely friendly and courteous. They replaced a shattered sliding glass pane. They communicated well, showed up on time, and did high quality work. No hesitation, would use them again!

Shopped around for replacement windows and Rob offered quality windows from a manufacturer that has been in business for decades and the pricing was competitive. They did a fantastic job on the install being prompt, professional, and polite. I had them come out again to caulk my windows and doors. They perfectly matched the caulk to the windows and did an exceptional job. Will use again and highly recommend!

The entire staff at Rob's Window and Glass Repair had extensive knowledge on what was the best solution for me as well as very helpful for any questions I had. I called them up and they had a technician out to give me a quote within the hour. The screens I ordered were completed ahead of schedule and at a very reasonable price. They fit and look great. I will be sure to call them again for any other window/glass repair I need in the future.
