Verizon

This is not a customer service store. Not only were they rude and not willing to help us with a simple return. They weren't much better with Verizon customer service who I was able to get on my phone and try to work the situation out. They even refused several times, to let us speak with a manager. Who did finally come out. But it took alot to prompt him out of the back. Still not sure he was the manager. I am sure there are better stores even if I have to drive further. Verizon customer service will be reporting them to corporate it was nice to have them hear what we the customer had to put up with.

Five stars is something I'd never think could happen at a Verizon Store; well in my past experiences anyway until this weekend. We came in for quite a few reasons and we're dreading it because it was the weekend and we thought it would be so busy. I've been to this location once years ago and honestly try to stay away because I've never had a great experience at any Verizon store. From the moment we walked in it was different. Sebastian greeted us, asked what he could help with and got right to work. We were looking at changing a few phones around while also looking for a complete new one. With so many kids and busy schedules we need to make sure they're all in good shape. Sebastian was very patient, answered all our questions. He never made us feel rushed and even offered us an add on to our plan that actually saves us a ton of money. I appreciate images that so much. These dang kids are expensive lol so every penny helps. Great visit and I hope it continues. I'd drive the extra miles to get the service I did today. Sebastian needs a raise.

What a great store! Welcomed with a smile, great customer service and super quick from entering to leaving. Erenya was awesome, and I loved all the other employees as well! Definitely my go to store.

Very helpful. Got in and out with a new phone quickly. Asked about different phones and I only had a few absolute needs. They made sure that it would work. No pushy sales tactics.

All of a sudden, we did not have service. We came in and waited over an hour, as always. Finally talked to a guy and he said a new Sim card might help. I was skeptical. But, both our phones work perfectly now!
How often does that happen?!

This location is crazy busy! Last time I was there I was quoted an hour and a half. After almost 3 hours had passed when Jam heard our cries of frustration and stepped in to help. Jam was juggling multiple tasks at once like a pro! Everyone that was being helped by Jam was throughly impressed! Jam answered all of our questions and fixed all the mistakes Verizon customer service had made. Honestly I would avoid this location completely if it wasn’t for Jam. My 5 stars are for Jam:)

I recently switched phone plans and traded in my phone with Verizon. Ricky was the representative that helped me and he did a great job with everything and was very personable. If you ever go into Verizon at this location ask for Ricky.

Always get what I need, quickly and easily. Friendly staff and a great experience.

Not all Verizon stores are good. I went to one and she reset my phone without even asking she said we need to do a reset and reset it without even backing up anything. But the one on Dysart and 101 is excellent and so is the 1 in surprise

Oh hey Verizon it’s me Rjay didn’t see ya there I don’t even write reviews but Patricia helped it was a good experience she even stayed patient when I had to talk to my crusty sister on the phone 🤦🏾‍♂ but all in all it was a good experience 😇

Edmond helped me. We were in and out in less time than expected and he fixed my watch which other stores couldn’t do

I went in on Saturday (10/06/18) for a new phone, did not wait long at all, had a representative named Chris. Wonderful experience and a very knowledgeable guy. Very enthusiastic about both his product and customer. Very personable. It was easy, every question and even simple over-worried concerns were covered. First time in a while I had such great service. Just called the store for a question, the lady on the other end was extremely nice and personable. Would give a 11/10 if I could.

Friendly , knowledgeable staff. I went in knowing what I wanted. Wait wasn't too long ( 3 people ahead) . Bought I phone 13 and Samsung galaxy 22 ultra here.

Bought on promo, paid a downpayment to avoid device payments on my bill ( ultra 256gb) , 13 was no cost after trade. Asked how bill would look. Was shown what it would be. No surprises, nothing hidden.. read agreements before I left to ensure no mistake. Perfect transaction, am loving my new phone and so is my husband.

I have to admit, I have had long waits at this store when I went during crowded times, however the service has always been good. The other day I went to upgrade my phone and was fortunate enough to be helped right away by Rory - AWESOME young man! Very helpful and courteous! Very good experience and I love my new Galaxy S5!

I've been with Verizon for quite a long time, this store i've used at least 10 times in the last 5 years. I was in just the other day to update my affinity discount for my plan and the person that helped me was kind and got it done right away. This store sometimes gets pretty busy, I understand we all take turns, the important part is when it is yours, they help you! I've always been able to resolve what I needed

Had an outstanding experience-Jam was very helpful you need more like him! Plus I always get great service at Verizon. Us more mature (in age) appreciate!

If you want really great service, ask for David Miller. He is excellent. Took as much time as my Father needed to get his new phone and account set-up. (My Fathers 98) He was very knowledgeable, knew the product, explained the process and account changes and made sure my Father's new phone was up and working before we left.

Like I said, ask for David Miller. He's worth the wait ! I can't say that about many of their Sales Reps.
