While I was in the drive-thru ordering my food, I had a phone call with some disturbing news that left me in tears. As I was pulling forward to pay my bill the young girl taking the money asked me if I was ok. I said yes thank you. When my food came out to me they handed me a total refund for my order and asked me to be safe driving and that dinner was on them. I was in shock and did not know what to say except for the obvious thank you so much. I asked the managers name and was told it was Caitlin. I have never experienced such compassion from anyone in the work field let alone in a drive-thru at a fast food place.
Caitlin and your crew, I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness and your generosity!

Always good but sometimes better. Spicy crispy chicken deluxe I had two weeks ago was the greatest single chicken sandwich I've ever had. This time was good but meh.....I'll try again but that first time had me hooked. Kinda like heroin I'm guessing.....it was like they knew it was my first. Gotcha. Then I have to keep trying to get that first time spicy chicken high....chasing the chicken if you will.....

Everyone knows the food is pretty good, but the service was not even comparable to anything else.

This was the first time I ate inside and only the second time I had ever been to a Chick-fil-A... 1st time was in the drive thru.

I felt like I was eating in a real restaurant.

They brought the food to you, made sure the table was clean, and asked how your meal was... seriously, this was full service!

The best part... EVERY SINGLE person there had a "personality"... I never knew Chick-fil-A had this type of atmosphere when you dined inside.

I'm still shocked by how nice and good the service was... It was totally unexpected... it made my day.

The parking lot is a crazy obstacle course. It is probably great when they're busy and you can follow the lines of cars. I went when no other car was in line and it was confusing where to get in line for the drive thrus because it's blocked off from the rest of the parking lot. Note to anyone going when it's empty: Go to a further entry and look closely for a sign of where to enter for drive thru. I am NOT directionally challenged but almost needed a map to navigate this the first time! 😂

Super fast service with a smile. I had to wait longer than expected in the parking lot for my order. They eventually gave me my order with 3 brownies and gave me a full refund for the inconvenience. It was unexpected but greatly appreciated

Love the food. Kids never complain about their food. Doesn't give you gas like other fast food places! Very crowded... a testament to the quality of food.

For years every time I want to go to Chick-fil-A I never think of it except on sundays. I actually thought of it on a different day and got a sandwich. First one in a decade oh my gosh so good no wonder they are so busy and popular.

Excellent food.. took .20 cents of because I ordered with no tomato... Bathrooms smelled clean and was clean. Excellent friendly service.

I always loved chic Fila and they have never messed up my order but they did this time. So I can only eat grilled chicken. I got the sleeve surgery so I am trying to eat alittle more healthy so I ordered my grilled chicken. Club I get home and it's chrispy chicken I was so upset I threw it away. Also becuase it looked like they through a wing on there it was so small so needless to say it was all bread to. I am very unhappy this happened. I dont know if I wanna go back.maybe one day.

Appreciate the effort they give in customer service and safety. Great food and service. Can't go wrong with chick fil a. Just be prepared to wait in line.

Placed a mobile order and it was hot & ready as soon as we got there! Only complaint is the staff was not very friendly, maybe it was just an off day or due to the dinner rush but either way, I will come to this location again.

Love the soundproof kids area. My son was screaming and having so much fun, and I wasn't worried he was disturbing the other customers.

The person outside taking the drive through orders was amazing. Such a great guy and made the whole experience a pleasure.

The only reason it doesn't get 5 on everything is because I hate people, and boy, was it packed. Good food, like always, and very nice staff

Not as friendly as they used to be but not bad.

Lacks maturity and professionalism at times. Which I get. Majority of staff are teens. Probably on their first job.

Food tastes fine. Definitely not a filling meal.

The ice cream/shakes are the best part of the menu.

Chic-fil-A has always been a favorite of mine, this time around we had 20 plus girls performing at a nearby school and they absolutely accommodated us. And in a very timely manner, special thanks to Aaron for serving all of us with a smile. Keep up the exceptional work! This is what keeps people coming back for more.

Okay, so when I want to feel like I'm a good mom 😜& actually try to feed my kids better, I'll go here! It really is the better, healthier choice. Plus, it's real meat! You can't go wrong with any of their menu choices! We've had it all!

Parking was a little tight. Food was good. They were very busy but service was fast.
