Best service ever! I purchased tires and have had them rotated and balanced 4 or 5 times now. Finished in exactly the amount of time i was told. Very knowledgeable techs!

I dropped my car on time for the tire change appointment. When I dropped the car off the bay was empty and there were no other customers or cars. After taking my car the attendant said it would take between 1 hour and 1.5 hrs and I would get a call when the car was ready for pick up. After 1.5hrs and not receiving a call I went to the tire center and to my surprise my car was on the lift and without tires. I had to wait another half hour for the job to be done. The attendant’s excuse was that he was there by himself. However, in my opinion, this is poor management of the tire center and lack of supervision of the attendant to ensure he is doing his job.

My recent encounter with BJ's Tire Center, Mays Landing, NJ was a study of frustration and mismanagement. Initially, I had ordered 4 tires online, confidently assured by their website that they were available for immediate installation.
Upon my scheduled Sunday appointment, the story unfolded quite differently. Not only were my tires not in stock, but there were also no suitable replacements available, which I found hard to believe. This was a surprising and inconvenient start, given the clear information provided online.
I was promised that the tires would arrive by Tuesday or Wednesday and that I would be contacted, which never happened. Taking matters into my own hands, I returned to the center Friday, only to be greeted with the same disappointing news: no tires.
Further adding to my irritation, their website continued to falsely advertise the availability of these tires as "4 tires available today." This discrepancy points to a severe issue in either their digital inventory management or blatant misinformation.
I am left wondering where the breakdown occurred - was it due to the lone associate working in the department, a reflection of larger managerial issues, or a combination of both? Regardless, the lack of communication, disorganization and incompetence paints a poor picture of BJ's Tire Center's operational effectiveness.
After this whole ordeal, I had no option but to cancel my order and seek a refund. This experience has left me doubting the reliability and professionalism of BJ's Tire Center from the lone associate to upper management. I advise potential customers to consider this experience and look for more reliable service providers for their tire needs.

The absolute worst place to buy tires. I’m 70 years old, female, very first time I walked in I wanted to order new tires, they basically said I can order them myself online. One attendant said to me, where’s your wedding ring, excuse me, then he proceeded to say I was pretty 😂 then he tells me I should be careful with my credit cards out, at this point I leave. So I asked my son to order the tires for me. Of course dah he orders wrong size, then an attendant named Sunny goes online and I ordered them, that was December 22, on January 9 I was done with BJ’s tires for good. Went into BJ’s at 8:30 on January 9th am and asked for refund. In my opinion BJ’s tires needs to be relooked at by management, because this place is the absolute worst place to ever go for Tires.
Also every time I called to check if tires arrived they lied, to me, saying 1 is here, next time 2 is there, please in two days by the end of the day your tires will be here, well they weren’t there. They do nothing but lie to customers, it’s shameful really. Went somewhere else and I saved 100.00, so I won.
