Got what all I had needed and was out of there in 15-20 minutes. Easy to purchase day to day elections need walking in, usually it is easy to find items there of such kind. As well as times them all have good deals on once in 4 to 5 year longer time purchase items such as laptops, Television sets. They don't always have the higher items, this particularly in laptops as possibly not as many people purchase them through Best Buy, again all all a descent store. As well good thing about them is they recycle electronics.

Best buy offers great customer service. Throughout my whole stay in new Jersey ever since I first went there I've always gotten the best of help and advice. They employee and train they're employees well, and they're knowledgeable and able to help with tech probs I encounter. I love looking at the newest laptops etc.. that's out right now. My latest trip there made me want to get a new laptop. ( Nothing wrong with mine, in fact I should probably fiddle around now with all that mine has to offer) but best buy has great laptops at great prices. Geek squad is amazingly helpful. And I'll end with saying once again their employees are very helpful. They answered the email situation on my man's phone. Best buy was recommended.

I ordered Bluetooth earphones online to pick up at the store. Easy breezy from beginning to end. I recommend if you want something specific.

We purchased all of our appliances and washer & dryer for a great package deal. The service was amazing, I forget her name but she did a wonderful job at Show Casing the products and explaining everything in great detail. We get our delivery in 2 days, I'll share pictures and add the experience. I'm sure it will be pleasant.

Standard Best Buy. The customer service has treated me fairly well. I purchased goods online and they brought it to my car. My car also needed a new battery and the employee that brought my packages even asked if I was ok.

I haven't been in Best Buy for 6 years.While I was in that shopping center... I thought that I would stop in for a minute because I had a problem with my cell phone, and I thought the Geek Squad might know something. Previously, I spoke with those who insured my phone, and they told me that my phone was virused and that I probably needed a new phone. The problem started with the "C" port in my S21 5G.Ultra would not charge anymore. Consequently, they gave me an estimate of $100 or more for the "C" and gosh forbid if I needed a new phone... right? When I walked up to The Geek Squad, I told him essentially what I just wrote. His reply was, "Can I look at your cell phone for just a moment?" He brought the phone back and plugged it in, and now it was charging ! I asked him what he did, and he told me that he had just cleaned the port out of some minor debris in it. Miguel checked for another thing that was unrelated. The kindness that Miguel extended made my day and I can't thank him enough as I was ready to possibly put out a hundred bucks or more on something that I didn't need and that my insurance company was trying to sell me. So, my shout-out a thank you to Miguel on The Geek Squad. Now , I was in the mood to spend money... and I bought a Gorilla phone case for my phone that was now working perfectly.
Since there was so much new stuff, I just wandered through the store, checking it out. I am amazed at the profusion of new technology that has evolved and made its way into stores. I would recommend anyone to go to Best Buy and make purchases, especially because their Geek Squad who don't seem to be greedy about making money when it's not warranted and who are hospitable too.
I've done a lot of reviews, and I've enjoyed everything about it. I'm not an expert about prices... but I do Google... but I must say that it is a thrill sitting in front of an 8K TV set 6 or 7 ft across... talk about larger than life!! There's lots of amazing merchandise that were science fiction dreams less than a lifetime ago that can now be bought readily... in various styles to suit your taste and from countries worldwide.
It's sweet to see how creative, industrious, and people with serious intentions have produced for whatever and anything we might want is amazingly available for your communication system, visual, audio, telephone laptop, and you name the brand and it's probably there... and if you fancy luxury in a washer, dryer, or anything to cook your food in... it's excellent exercise and an eyeful just touring through, and for me, it was actually exciting to see how imaginations had gone wild on cooking merchandise... seeing how creators of serious intentions manufactured
But most impressive to me was how ethical and good-natured my experience was with Miguel compared to my phone company's insurance company, which tried to sell me more when I didn't need it. Actually, everyone was very helpful in this Best Buy... whenever I asked for help, their salespeople directed me exactly where I needed to go... I saved 12 bucks on the Otter carrying case for my phone. Furthermore, everybody seems to have a good attitude in that store in every department, and I felt like if I had a problem with any product that they would fix it without aggravation. That's a great feeling to have. Go to Best Buy, ... for their impressive selection, informed friendly, and ethical personnel. After a shopping interaction, you want to walk away feeling satisfied 👍.

Went in to check out a few things & pay my bill. Well met an employee named Jay(I think 🫣) who answered my question in the fullested detail... whereas I'm glad I my notebook to write down what he stated. He helped his grandmother solve the very same issue a month prior. Excellent customer service skills, nice &friendly most of all he understood that we all have different electronic skills level and he broke it down so completely understood it

Our fridge died on a Sunday. We bought an open box LG fridge at a steal and were able to bring it straight home. The staff helped us load into our pickup. They offer next day delivery on in stock appliances as well, for those of you without our urgent need.

Visited recently to purchase a laptop for the first time in 10 years. Brandon greeted me in the Computer section and wound up helping me with my entire search and purchase. He was patient with my zillion questions, highly knowledgeable about the various products/options, and was able to guide me towards the right laptop for my needs. I could not have asked for a better customer service interaction.
