This was a delivery:
The management as well as the delivery driver was exceptional!
Our order consisted of 2 medium pizzas, one pan 3-topping and the 2nd was a hand-tossed fiesta beef.
Delivery time was 8 minutes early. The pan pizza was correct, but the 2nd was a hand-tossed beef, not the fiesta beef pizza. The driver was extremely genuine in her disappointment of delivering the wrong pizza, went back to the store where management made a very satisfying LARGE fiesta beef and was delivered back to us in 20 minutes.
The inspiration behind this ranking is that the driver immediately offered two suggestions to either have the pizza re-delivered or have the 2nd pizza refunded. This was a great customer experience where the driver genuinely was disappointed and offered up 2 positive customer solutions. And there seemed to be quick managerial approval and delivered a perfect product, as a large, which impresses on me that they were correcting an error with an apology.
This kind of customer service is extremely rare in today's fields as no one wants to correct customer errors. This was exceptional, and I have worked in the customer service field for 26 years.
Fantastic job!!! Give the driver a raise and hold on to her until she moves on to bigger things! Thank you from a satisfied customer!

Every Time I go here Amazing Service All the workers Are Amazing!

I picked up my order inside. The staff greeted me and was very friendly. The little gal that rang up my order had a big bright friendly smile. How that smile affected the rest of the transaction, a smile really does make a difference. There was a tiny gal behind the counter also, she did greet me, but she wasn't smiling at all, just all business. I got there right when they were slicing my pizza, so it was nice and hot, and prepared as I had ordered. The wings where ok, they were not completely coated with sauce, it was as they had poured the sauce in the bowl first and didn't shake the wings in it. Maybe that is how they are supposed to do it, and you the customer shake it.

My favorite Pizza Hut carryout location. Always fresh, hit and fast. The employees here are always friendly and do a great job.

Such a great experience with hot, fresh, delicious pizza and cheesy breadsticks. I appreciated the wonderful service of the staff, as my food order was correct, on time, and tasted fantastic. Thank you Pizza Hut staff! You did such a great job!

I had an issue with the quality of pizza, and within a day I received a call from the manager to apologize and find out exactly what the problem was so that he could make sure that his new staff had an opportunity to correct it in the future. No other pizza hut has ever cared about an issue enough to actually reach out. Will absolutely be returning to this Pizza Hut, especially since this was the only time it hadn't been perfect.

we dined in with 7 kids, which is quite a challenge at most places. Melissa was very helpful in moving tables for us. the place was empty, which was nice, it seemed like we had reserved it. pizza was wonderful, and came out in timely fashion. ...I will be back! !#

They get your food to you right on time hot and fresh I recommend everyone to eat pizza hut

I really like this location. They are quick and get my orders accurate. I enjoy the convenience of the online ordering. They have a drive thru where you can easily pick up your orders. This location also delivers. I recommend the cheesy bread sticks and thin or pan crust pizzas. There are many great toppings to choose from.

We drive past 2 other pizza hut's to come to this one. 9 out of 10 times our pizza is incredibly fresh, well made and delicious.

Ordered a couple pizza. One of them had the wrong crust, not a problem, they caught the error, made me another pizza and let me have the one that was incorrect, all without me even having to ask.
That is why I continue to use this location for carry out orders.

You absolutely cannot out pizza the hut. You need to have a disability if you can even comprehend the simple idea of trying to out pizza the hut. Many have tried in the past but all have failed. Papa johns said the n-word, Domino’s killed the noid, Little Caesar’s never left ground zero, and if I missed any location it’s because they can’t even get their name past their home towns. In summary Pizza Hut rules all and hopefully will destroy any completion and any future axis powers that rise up

I just had the best delivery boy ever. His name was Nate and he was so patient and kind. Job well done sir. It's the little things that make a persons night and he definitely made mine by being such a gentleman and interacting with my one year old at the door. Thank you thank you thank you.

The online ordering and drive-through pickup process was easy and on-time. The gentleman who helped us at the pickup window was courteous and competent.

It's a very nice location. The menu is the same as any other Pizza Hut but the people who work here are fantastic. Great service.

West link pizza Hut makes the best pizza , toppings spread out like they should be and the right amount. The west street one is no where near the quality.

We have switched to this Pizza Hut for our last 3 pizzas and have enjoyed each one of them. Everyone is very friendly at this Hut.

Everyone is pleasant and food hot and done very nicely and thanks for following my request for light sauce - grandbabies loved it!
