Excellent customer service. I have bought from this company before with no issues. For whatever reason, we had some peeling issues with our most recent purchase. Given the price paid, I was a bit upset with this happening just a couple days after purchase. I reached out to the company, sent pictures at their request, and received a partial refund. I was just expecting to be reimbursed for that particular decal, but they went beyond that. And all very quickly and hassle-free.

Customer service was terrible. Their kiosk setup in Yaphank, NY was completely disorganized. One hour wait times to purchase a shirt.
