I went at 10:20pm and it's been a rainy day so the air has that scent to it
The worker at the drive thru window was sweet <3
I got the chicken sandwich n fries. Hit the spot

Management is upbeat. Good service and fresh food. Keep up good work!

Not all the Burger Kings look alike but the bathroom was very clean I used the bathroom and basically I did at the Burger King in menands. But the people at the desk and give me a hard time I just went in and use the bathroom. My mother ordered one of the new raps the chicken wraps those are to they're so 😋

This is the best Burger King in the greater capital district hands down! My order is almost always correct and food is always fresh.

This is by far the best burger king in the area. The staff are always friendly and they get the job done the right way .My daughter is super fussy and will only eat burgers with just the bun. I never have to worry that they will make it wrong here. Good job guys

Usually, it has good food. However, it is not very consistent.

Inside is hut or miss on the cleanliness, but they do get you in and out pretty fast.

On this day at Burger King I must give them 5 stars! It was at the start of lunch and the restaurant was clean and tidy. My grandson and I ordered for dine-in. The cashier was sweet. As I have been trying to teach my grandson how to order and pay for his food by himself. He had a disability but we're teaching him to do his best to NOT lean on it. The cashier was very patient and understanding. Our food was served fresh and HOT 🔥. We took a booth by a window to enjoy our food as we watched people come in and out and cars begin to keep a flow through the drive-thru, servers continued to be courteous as they served customers.

Bridget is amazing and has such a professional friendly attitude. I specifically go to this one after work because I know she’s there and she always puts a smile on my face working hard and always serving me FRESH HOT food! She deserves to be recognized for her hard work she does all day.

Food was delicious. Restaurant was super clean. Manager was a little immature handling employees. Overall a good visit.

Surprisingly good. Look fast food is fast food, but what really impressed me was everybody was wearing a mask (the employees and the patrons) and keeping social distancing due to the obvious present circumstances. This is what is needed right now and of all the places I frequent, I'd have to say wow and thank you. It was nice not to feel crowded or or walk into an overtly lax atmosphere as if 30,000 new Yorkers just didn't die. So again, thanks for taking this situation seriously and professionally.

BK has stepped up their game. The Impossible Whopper is most excellent. I'm not vegan but have often been left feeling yucky after eating big beefy greasy burgers from other places. The Impossible Whopper leaves me feeling good and ready to work. My wife is vegan for the past 20 years and is very pleased that she can actually eat a tasty Whopper now(minus mayo).
The chicken sandwiches are one of our son's favorites (other then the Imp.Whop). Chicken breast, battered and fried to order. Not "fast". Takes about 6-8 mins. Fresh, tender, crispy and yummy.

As far as this particular location; all employees were personable and helpful.

Burger King has become my favorite fast food restaurant. First, the quality of the food is superior to the other places. Second, BK has the best discounts via both the mobile app and the coupons that come in the mail. Finally, the Impossible Whopper is a unique and healthy meatless option that tastes just like the Whopper without the guilt of eating an animal-based product.

This Burger King in Menands, New York always does an excellent job with their food, their staff is always pleasant, they will provide as many condiments as you like with no charge, and the food is always fresh and hot!

Super friendly and attentive staff. Impossible burger and fries were excellent and the Coke was just right. Only area of concern were the mozzarella sticks - dry, cold and thoroughly nasty.

I am a simple man, of simple tastes. The staff here have always been fast and courteous, and the fact that when it walk through the door all I have to do is wave and they start to immediately work on my order the way I like it shows that they are aware of their customers wants/needs.

Bridget was extremely friendly and accommodating to my order. Compared to other Bk’s they go above and beyond for sure. -“Mr. Dewalt”
