My husband and I stopped at the Advance Auto Parts located in Toms River on Washington Street. We were looking to purchase a steering wheel cover. We were helped by the manager, Mike. He was extremely helpful. He offered to put the cover on for us to be sure it was the correct size. He saved us a trip because the item we were going to purchase didn't fit. He further answered questions and gave us very helpful advise. Thank you Mike for taking the time and going out of your way to assist us. More people should follow his example. Super customer service!!

No complaints about this location. I brought the parts to be replaced in to the store and the manager at the desk knew just where to find the numbers and get the parts, very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

This is my go-to auto store and can be yours too. Friendly knowledgeable and funny staff. The store itself is clean, and items are never out of place. There is nothing wrong with the parking lot. Pulling out of the place can be a pain sometimes when traffic is backed up from the light. Still my favorite

Just got a new battery and the guys were so nice!! They install it for you and everything. Super impressed and I will definitely be back. The store is clean, efficient and very well run with knowledgable employees. Excellent customer service something that can be pretty rare these days. Go here for all your automotive needs.

Very helpful staff... store had what i needed

Got my battery tested and they advised me to get to garage because it was my alternator and I would only have 15min. Sure enough when went I got to the garage my car died. Great advise, appreciated his honesty.

The employee made a quick recommendation right off the top of her head and it was exactly what I needed. She also took the time to show me exactly where it was in the store. Great service!
