I recently hired Liberty tree service, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything was top-notch. Here's what stood out:

First and foremost, the price was more than fair for the excellent service we received. We had received several quotes, and this company provided the best value without compromising on quality.

The efficiency of the crew was truly impressive. They wasted no time in getting the job done, and it was clear they knew exactly what they were doing. One thing that really mattered to us was how respectful the crew was of our property.

Moreover, the entire crew was mindful of our needs and any concerns we had. They were attentive, approachable, and ensured that we were comfortable with their work throughout the entire process.

A special shoutout to Brady, the excellent communicator and coordinator of this job. He kept us informed at every step, and his clear and prompt communication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It was obvious that he cared about the customer experience, and it showed in the results.

Liberty tree service provided an exceptional experience from the fair pricing, efficient work, and the respect and mindfulness they demonstrated. First to respond to request for estimate, not to mention a very fair price. They did the job quickly and neatly. They were very considerate to the fact that I was very happy with the end product. All employees were over the top friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them! I gave them 5 stars because that is the highest, I'd give more, if I could.

Chris and his dad exemplified the epitome of care, communication, and quality! These guys were incredible! David and Stephen were professional in EVERY ASPECT of our transaction. Extremely capable, willing and able! My husband and I were so impressed with them we couldn’t take our eyes off them the entire time! Such precision, honest to goodness “Poetry in motion “ as they worked so well together as partners to get our tree down, cut up and hauled away. If we ever need tree service again we want David and Stephen! Thx to the young man (Sean) that also came the next day to grind the stump! He was also impressive and did it all by remote control which was way cool! I give them all a 10!

Crystal and Steven are wonderful. Liberty Tree Care did a great job on cleaning up a very large tree that we had down, and beautiful clean up. Great communication as to what was needed completed. I would definitely recommend using their services!

I will recommend these guys to anyone needing trees removed. Our tree was close to our home, power lines, our driveway, and other trees that needed to remain unharmed. WONDERFUL CREW; hard-working, professional, courteous, and punctual team. The owner was prompt to meet my needs from the initial estimate through the entire process, which involved the removal of two very sizable dead trees and the grinding of their stumps afterwards. Liberty Tree Care had the necessary equipment, exercised impeccable attention to detail, including haul away of debris and cleanup of my property, as well as proving to be fully credentialed with license, liability coverage, and workers' compensation at the time of my project. I plan to use them for future tree removal needs and will be recommending their services via word-of-mouth as well.

We hired Liberty Tree Care to cut down a tree and also trim several trees. Steven and his crew did a fantastic job! After they finished trimming the trees, they made sure the yard was cleaned of all debris. The crew was knowledgable, courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Libert Tree Care.

Wilmington NC. Hurricane Florence. These guys literally saved us. They claim we saved them by offering them a place to crash, hot meals and a shower. Well four days later we still have No power but these guys are AMAZING. Helping us out around our place and at our daughter's house. Tons of huge trees DOWN, one involving her roof. They have done INCREDIBLE work in our neighborhood and surrounding area. Very reasonable prices, so processional and compassionate. VERY respectiful toward our first responders. They are so focused on saftey. Their work ethic is CRAZY. They WILL NOT stop until they have completed the job. Again we can not thank Chris and Stephen enough. Wonderful people! They did a great job! On time, curteous,quick,and knew what they were doing! They left no mess and it looked awsome! This is the second time we have used them and it was every bit as good as the first time. Thumbs up guys!

We can't say enough about the high level of service and professionalism these two young men have exhibited here in Wilmington N.C. The Mrytle Grove area was heavily impacted by Hurricane Florence. Chris and Steve came into our lives at a critical point and immediately began to restore a sense of order out of chaos. Liberty Tree stepped in and took care of business. Thank you so much for all you continue to do.

Chris came out and gave me a qutoe which was very reasonable for the challenge that he had in safely removing the tree. He gave me a time frame of how soon he would be completing the project. He came before I expected and it was an amazing process!

His workers picked up the smaller limbs as he cut them from a bucket. Then as the larger branches were ready to be cut, he back his trailer close to the tree and dropped each branch in the trailer! Pretty skillful and amazing to watch.

Then for the grand finale ~ he positioned the trailer and cut the remaining trunk so that it would fall in the trailer! It was wild to watch.

All debris was cleaned up and the driveway blown of debris. His father then came and removed the stump.

Would use his again with no hesitation.

We just moved from out of town and needed some trees to be removed for the fence that is scheduled to be put up Monday the 17th, so we called a few businesses for estimates on Monday 10th, Jessica from Liberty Tree Care was super nice and scheduled us for Tuesday 11th, Steve came for an estimate so we explained to him about the fence and he was the only one that showed cared about our situation and the urgency of the matter. Jessica called us back and scheduled us for today Thursday 13th, even with their busy schedule she managed to fit us in which was very nice, next thing you know Cody showed up early in the morning took all the trees down went back to finish the other job they were doing and came back with the crew to take care of the rest. And now my backyard it’s ready for the fence crew. Thank you so very much to Jessica and the guys of Liberty Tree Care you guys are awesome.

These guys are awesome noticed a split in the trunk of the tree called a few places and Chris and his guys called us back right away and was out here asap to top off the tree that was headed for our house. Hurricane Irma would of definitely threw that tree. I would definitely recommend these guys 100% to all my family and friends for sure
