Always fast, friendly, and accurate. Great breakfast food. Great mobile app and rewards. I go here all the time, 3 mornings a week maybe. I got to know the very helpful morning crew. I use the mobile APP for rewards and get freebies all the time. Breakfast biscuits are solo good, no comparison anywhere. The chicken biscuit, thought I would never like it...its good!

Can I say more? They are the echelon in customer service. And the food we'll speaks for itself. Never disappointed with anything on their menu.

This Chick-fil-A really goes up above and beyond I made a mistake on my order and they were able to fix it. Very thankful for them.

Food is a 10/10. Fries were perfectly salted and everything was cooked to my standards. I will say I waited longer to receive my food in this drive thru line than other CFA’s that offer 2 pickup lanes. It also seems like a nightmare to try to actually park and eat at. will def return again!

Got there right in the middle of the lunch time rush. The staff there took our order and had our food out within minutes with the correct sauces, extra napkins, straws, etc. These folks are true pros. Also, and this is important, the place is super clean! That includes the bathrooms. Finally, food was hot, fresh, and delicious.

Great place like other Chic Fil A. The only problem is that it has issue on Google Map. Map directs you to HEB car park when it is across the road next to Kerbey Lane.

Chick-Fil-A and In-n-Out, always top tier. Must be something in the hyphens.

Oh my goodness! Alex was fantastic! Took my large order, with excitement. Incredibly polite. Then the entire crew got this large order (that had special requests) prepared and bagged in no time. Always enjoy the food. But by far this was the most efficient one I've been to. I can't say enough about them.

Great as usual. The service is always spot on. You can tell Chick-fil-A training put the customer first. It shows because every location is great.

I've been eating at this particular Chick-fil-A for a few years now. This location has always been a joy to come by. They are fast, friendly, and precise in everything they do. Shout out to the guy taking drive through orders today around 6:30pm on 6/25/2020 (so sorry I didn't catch his name). I never leave reviews but this guy had me feeling the need to. He was the breath of fresh air and gave me the genuine laugh i needed after a long day today. TOOL! The employees at this particular location deserve some spotlight.

Of all of my years going to chick Fila I’ve never had to check my bag before pulling away from the drive thru.

I was unfortunately missing my sauces this time.

Can you eat fries without sauce? No.
Can you eat a spicy chicken deluxe without ranch? No

I unfortunately had a 45 min drive home but was already in the horrendous 360 traffic before I realized I was missing my sauces.

Still get a 5/5 because I love you 99.9% of the time.

Went to a wonderful family night, kids had a blast. Face painter was exceptional. Tried the new watermelon mint lemonade and the BBQ bacon chic sandwich, both where excellent. Staff super friendly. Inside dining is very comfortable; lighting, seating, even with the kids and hustle and bustle it's not loud or unpleasant. Great place for families.

The staff here, from Alan (the manager) on down, is top notch. Based on the quality of service, you would not know you are in a "fast food" establishment. Thanks to the staff, the food is always hot, accurate to order, and delivered fast - even when there's a crowd at lunch. Definitely my best experience for a Chick-fil-A and that's saying something. I've been here enough times that multiple people on staff have started calling me by name. That's refreshing in this day where it seems like great service is really hard to come by.

This place is awesome, the parking lot is never busy and the lines are always moving. It has an indoor playground and definitely great for summer or winter. The manager is always sending out emails for free food so you can always take advantage of that. Always clean and always great service.

Real fan of this location, the only one located on 360 so the only one for me on the way to Houston that is easy to get to. The place is always clean, the food is always cooked correctly and there is never a mess up in the orders so that is nice. The staff is fast and friendly so that's all you can ask for from a fast food place. Love this place and they have lots of family events as well catered for the families in the area.

Wonderful customer service here. I've been visiting this location for about 5 years and many of the employees have been working there the whole time. They seem to take pride in their work. I love how one of the women there always puts out fresh flowers in each table. At Christmas she put out little rosemary trees. So sweet.

Always quick and consistent. Bathrooms are cleaner than other other fast food restaurants.

Chick-fil-A always has good food. Me? I always get the spicy deluxe with some Chick-fil-A sauce 😋
