My nine year old PC almost stopped working entirely.
It was so slow that I could go cook breakfast waiting for it to open the internet. I thought it was fried, but I wanted to try and save the information that was so important to us. I hadn’t backed it up to an external drive for quite some time. I trusted Shawn’s business to recover my data. They were not only able to save all of my information, but returned my computer to like new performance. I thought I would be investing in a new system. I am so pleased with what they were able to do that I was compelled to give them an over the top endorsement. I don’t usually do this type of thing but these people are good!!! I have no problem whatsoever with giving them a great recommendation!! And the cost was much less than what I anticipated!!!

Was referred to Shawn from another computer repair shop in Longmont- that guy didn’t want to tear down my computer. It was such a simple repair they almost let me walk out without paying, but I refused.

I had been using an old flash-drive from my dad (who had used before me) to store my college projects, when its flimsy structure finally snapped the usb away from the storage/memory chip. I stumbled across Shawn’s shop and made the drive up with my poor flash-drive cradled in my hands. I’m so glad I did because they were able to completely fix it and I could save ALL of my files I thought I had lost. It took him a few hours to do all of this, while any of the other places I looked into would’ve taken several days, and the price wasn’t extreme.

If I ever have another issue with my tech, I plan on taking it to Shawn’s because I know that they’ll do their best to help me :)

My laptop LED screen got broken after my cat knocked something off the desk onto it. Was able to set up an appointment very quickly and dropped it off for repairs. Service was fast and friendly and they were up front with estimated wait times, and costs to repair the screen. Just picked my laptop back up today and it’s as good as new. Prices were very reasonable and way cheaper than I was expecting. Also was sent notifications of when the parts were ordered and when it was ready for pickup. Would highly recommend again.

Shawn & Rachel are awesome. I was visiting fam in Louisville and my laptop quit booting up. I Googled for best computer repair businesses and Shawn's kept coming up. For good reason. My issue was complicated, but with their tech expertise, tools, and persistence, they fixed my laptop. Price was fair and turnaround very quick. Communication throughout excellent. I used to oversee customer service in a large health system and recognize good customer service when I see it. I saw it and got it at Shawn's!

With at-home learning going on for two kids, we've come to rely on our devices even more than usual. When our older model Chromebook stopped working, I was worried that we'd have to replace it completely, but the team at Shawn's found that it was just a dead charger. They diagnosed the problem, ordered a new charger, added some missing housing screws, and had it all ready to go within a couple days. I'm super appreciative of the low cost and fast turnaround time and I'd happily recommend Shawn's to everyone.

Shawn's computers helped turn my machine around! I was having consistent problem where the computer would lock up not allowing me to move forward with work. Checking the task manager I could see that my memory was consistently at 100% which was crippling my system. I called Shawn's who were very responsive. They came to my office within a day. They found that the problem was more aggressive then what they could fix on-site so they took the machine back to their space. I gave him a budget and said if he could fix it for that price, he had a deal. I made that limit because if the price escalated then I might as well get a new machine! Shawn respected our budget finding a solution that worked for us both. I had my computer back promptly and now its consistently working better. The memory is sitting at 78% right now and hasn't approached 90% since Shawn returned it. Because of his good work refurbishing my computer I save at least $500 on a new machine. Thank you Shawn!

Stopped in because my Mac quit taking a charge. After verifying that it wasn't the charger they immediately ran a quick diagnostic. Reset something or another and had me out the door in under 10 mins. The woman up front was the nicest person and made it quick and easy. I highly recommend this place to everyone.
