Frankie’s Dog House

Sorry, I was hungry! This is only half my Cuban sandwich. It was absolutely delicious! The potato salad was good (and I'm picky about potato salad). Hubby says coleslaw was a miss but we both loved our Cuban sandwiches! We will definitely be back.

Had the Carolina Dog and Potato Salad. Kelly was great. Service was quick and food was as described.

June 2023. Dad and I spent the morning driving oil to Andrews and checking our the memorable addresses from our ancestors. We ate lunch here. I was Kinda surprised to see the great chili dog eater actually opt for a Gyro today. Although old rock and roll was playing on the sound system, the record collection pictured seemed to remind us that there were still other types of popular music in the 50’s.

The Texas Dog is awesome. The people are super friendly. Everything was spot on. If you are in Andrews, stop in and see these great folks.

I had the chicken philly, my husband had the traditional philly, and my son had a hotdog and chocolate ice cream. Everything was delicious! It was the best chicken Philly I ever had. It was cheesy and melty and had great flavor. I highly recommend it.

Top notch dawgs! You won't regret it! They have quite the selection as well as daily specials! You could go somewhere else but then you would be getting a second rate dawg. Keepin em hot and ready!

Frankie’s never disappoints. Delicious hotdogs and the most friendly service. A smile and pleasant attitude makes a difference, and adds so much to an establishment. Andrews, NC is such a great town, and Frankie’s simply adds to its charm.

Great dogs, great staff and great price.
Just wish there was french fries or onion rings or some fried mushrooms as a side. The food is so good you don’t really need it but it would be nice.

Forget the hot dogs; the Cuban sandwich is the star of the menu. Authentic Cuban bread from la segunda bakery in ybor city, baked ham, salami, mojo pork, Swiss cheese, pickles and mayonnaise and mustard. Served prensado. Just like what the cigar rollers ate at the turn of the 20th century. Muy bueno.

Very nice place and nice people, good selection and tasty buy I do agree with others it is pricey for the size. But overall a nice treat while in town for supplies.

Great 'dogs' of all kinds (plus other stuff, if you're not exactly in the mood for a hotdog), friendly staff, and cool retro-ish atmosphere.
