The website didn't load my order right, and Lilly did a great job working with us to fix the issue. She was friendly and helped us get the pizzas sorted out. Great service

Great customer service! Something was wrong with my online order that it didn’t go through for some reason but they got us our pizza in 10 min.

I drive truck and I'm from New York State I came here and I had to park so I wanted to order some food and I saw Pizza hut came up.I read the reviews and I was a little nervous but I have to say everything that you delivered the way I ordered it was perfect. And very fast.the only thing I don't like is that you charged me for delivery but the delivery guy got none of that money. So it cost me another $5 for the driver on top of the 18.54 for a small pizza and a soda with a few toppings plus the separate delivery charge that the driver got nothing from

The employee was very nice. I didn't feel rushed, and didn't feel like just another sale.

Went to order a pizza online for pickup and they were trying to charge me for a delivery fee. I told the lady who was working and she said just place the order and she would fix it. It ended up not charging me the delivery on her end so it was weird but she was super friendly and got my pizza quickly.
