Giant Eagle Pharmacy

We have been using the Seven Fields Pharmacy for years - my husband is on daily medications- and they are super friendly, knowledgeable, and the service is always quick. We get reminder calls whenever medications are ready for pick-up and we have never had a problem. I highly recommend this pharmacy!

Never have had a problem with flu shots. Always prompt and courteous

The pharmacist answered my phone inquiry quickly and courteously and explained all I needed to do re: my prescription. The team is excellent.

Pharmacist is on a power trip and shouldnt be in a profession that requires compassion instead i received judgement. Medication I have been on for over 5 years and is on back order at almost every pharmacy and I have 3 days left of my life sustaining medication. I don't use my insurance because prior authorization take too long and they end up denying it anyway which is why I started paying cash in the first place. Not only did she refuse to fill my script but questioned me about the usage of my medication. Telling me I had it filled on the 20th at a different pharmacy so I'll be fine 🙂. And it's a Sunday so I can't call up the doctor and have it transfered anywhere so I'll have to take time out of my work day tomorrow to call around to find and pray i can find another pharmacy that had the meds in stock. She should be extremely ashamed of herself. I will definitely be filing a complaint against this pharmacist. I'm am an extremely sick person with a rare genetic disorder. I do not have the energy for this.

Waited over 20 minutes. Been having prescriptions filled here for a long time and always a wait, even if you’re the only customer. Several employees but it’s like you have leprosy and no one will come near you or wait on you. They’re better than you.

i am never using this pharmacy again. not only have i only experienced horrible customer service, but all of my recent drive-thru visits have taken over 30 minutes due to their increasing lack of quickness and efficiency. i have had to leave the drive-thru line multiple times because of the egregious wait time and my schedule not allowing me to sit there for 40+ minutes. i would recommend this pharmacy to anyone who enjoys wasting their time and gas, sitting in their vehicle.

I hate this pharmacy so much. They always seem to put the rudest person in the drive-thru.
But besides that, they have CONSISTENTLY printed the wrong refill date on one of my daily medications, which leaves me almost two weeks without it. They never acknowledge their mistake, it’s always assumed that I’m taking more than I should (for those of you who care, it’s not an opiate, or even a medication that can be abused). Absolutely ridiculous.

I wish I could give this pharmacy 0 stars... that’s how terrible they are. and I am switching today. They getting the medication from unknown manufacturer the worst medication and manufacture ever and when I asked them many times to change that medication for me but there gave me the same one

Giant Eagle pharmacy is terrible. I dropped off 2 prescriptions in drive thru which took almost 15 minutes to get to window and they said come back in 20 minutes so I did. They weren't ready and said 15 more minutes so I get to the back of the line in drive thru again (which takes forever), I get back up to window and she said ohhhh it's not ready yet can you give us 10-15 more minutes.... ugh yes so I get back to the end of line. After playing this drive thru game with them for over an hour at this point she finally says..."we only have one in stock and we can order the second one if you want to get it tomorrow"? Seriously? Guess they weren't trying to fill my prescriptions that whole time they were putting it off until the last second or they would have known quickly it wasn't in stock. I said give me my scripts back and went next door to Rite Aid...no line in drive thru and was on my way home in 10 minutes with both prescriptions. I am not from cranberry we were on our way home emergency room with a sick child so this experience was even more terrible. I vowed from that moment to never go to another giant eagle pharmacy...EVER!!

Great service...until there is a problem. Then forget about a any resolution. Best wishes.

I wish I could give this pharmacy 0 stars... that’s how terrible they are. They are rude and extremely slow and I am switching today.

Staff is bitter and unpleasant.
