We stopped here Friday, December 1st. I have never been at a McDonald’s that actually brought the food to the table after we were given a number. Also the very nice woman that brought our food asked if we needed anything else. She asked if we needed ketchup and/or sauces. She even went and got them and brought them to the table. Very nice experience!!

This is the friendliest McDonald’s I have ever been to! They are always nice and fast and they actually say my name to me when I use the app! So nice in a world of horrible customer service.

Food is hot fresh & fast...You can order ahead on the app (great deals & rewards) & pick up in parking area or drive thru or inside.. their mcdelivery thru doordash is fast & reliable. I personally believe McD's has the best app in fast food.

I had drive through late one evening at this location. The girl at the window was very nice. She was upfront saying my order was going to take a little longer as it was fish. Give that lady some kudos!

This is thee best McDonald's I have ever been too. Never messed up my orders. Prices are high but, considering the high cost of living out this way it's understandable and the price of EVERYTHING is going up. The cashier's could be a little friendlier and be trained a little better. Also, their drink machine their syrup should be balanced out occasionally. But all in all, great service.

Burger (Big Mac) was warm and flavorful, fries were warm, sweet tea was just right. Fries could have used more salt IMO, but I could have added more myself.

What a clean, well kept location! I’ve honestly never had friendlier staff greet me, or my side of nuggets and fries be juicier, hotter, or crispier to go with my burger. Worth a stop on your way to wherever life takes you.

Alot of the younger staff you refer to are new to working period so give them a break. Alot of complaining for people who eat the food anyway. Lol

Stopped here for breakfast and my carmel iced coffee it's always good!! Will always return

Clean building and consistent food that you'd expect from any McDonald's location. Staff are very friendly and helpful when trying to work with coupons or deals from the app. Remodel is nice with the self serve kiosk and bringing your food to you. I go there once a week with my son after school and we've always had great food and service.

Super nice. I love the modern feel of it. The touch screen ordering is great and fun for kids. You dont even have to go to the counter. Someone will bring your order to you. Its really neat. Food was good.

The other night I ran out of gas in the middle of the drive thru. One employee helped push my car to a parking spot and the manager Greg gave me my meal on the house. My new favorite McDonald’s by a mile. They are always so quick too. I’m used to waiting forever for food but here I don’t have to

Wasn't bad. We had a big order and everything came out right. Both people at each window were friendly and courteous.

Fast, efficient food was hot and correct...and there was napkins 👍

Love this McDonald's! They just remodeled it and it looks great. Plus the employees are so nice and polite and very helpful. One even got me some ketchup when I forgot it.

It was a nice time. Friendly service. Haven't been to McDonald's in a while; the new machines to let you order and pay seemed strange.

Delicious food, always stop here for a quick bite to eat! Fast service and nice workers. Food is always hot and fresh.

Had mistakes in drive thru at this location but manager made it right and overexceeded by upgrading my mistaken order.

A pretty good McDonald's that's nice at night, yeah there's some weird people because it's Altoona but it's atmospheric and fun listening to the workers good off and talk, you almost wish you were part of it.
