This place has been remodeled and is Under New Management they are making a world of difference there it's like living in a gated community.

Pamela Benson and Crispin really helped me to overcome my struggle since the pandemic. The both of them were very patient and willing to work with me.

Seems to be a quiet complex

I live here and it's been hell living here. I paid my rent for May and we must live there during remodeling. Who does that it has been unliveable. They are to cheap to put us up in hotel until they get done. This company promise us things and they are not living up to their promise us. I recommend no one to come live there. They don't fix stuff if they do it's not right they do half ass work.

The Office Manager has poor people skills and she doesn’t stay on top of things as she should. I lived here for a year with my family and it was infested with mice. There were big holes in each corner of the utility closet by the kitchen, my hallway bathroom sink leaked for a month before they came and fixed it, my fiancé had to flag down and personally tell the maintenance man what needed to be repaired. Then she would try and take you to court if you don’t pay rent or refuse to take the rent if you tried to pay. DONT DO IT, you better off being patient for other places to have availability! I’ll live in a shelter before I stay here again!
