Absolutely love this store! From the great pieces they sell to the welcome and warm spirit of everyone who works there. I was lucky to get to chat with the owners and you couldn’t ask for better people. They are so knowledgeable and make everyone who enters feel like family.
I no longer live in the area, unfortunately, but every time we come back to visit, it is absolutely always on the list of stops (even if we can only make it for a 48 stay).

I come here often on my lunch break and staff is always super friendly! I was surprised on my third visit the staff greeted me by name. Awesome customer service and great quality pieces. My boyfriend loved the dress I purchased for our date night

This is one of my favorite boutiques in South Charlotte. The owner is very sweet, along with her staff — I always seem to strike up wonderful conversations with whoever is there! Absolutely love the brands this store carries. Great place if you’re looking to find slightly higher end and unique selections.

Terrible customer service.
I received a gift which was a bracelet and it was too big on my wrist. The little tiny paper tag was missing and they wouldn’t let me exchange it. I showed her how it was too big. She basically said too bad. Rules are rules. It wouldn’t have been that hard to say of course - We want you to be happy so you will continue to shop here. Please go select something else.
Nope. ! Never going there again!

My wife visited today for the first time today to look for a gift for a friend. Staff basically ignored her. Eventually she found some nice items that happen to be on sale. Upon cashing out, she asked "do you happen to have any boxes?" and was told "yes, but we don't give boxes for sale items" in a snotty way. The cashier then asked if my wife has liked them on FB yet. Are you kidding me? Focus less on FB and more on customer service.

The retail workers should get over themselves. You're not Vera Wang, you're in a retail store in Blakeney shopping center. It stinks because they have great stuff but the snotty attitudes have lost a client and circle of friends for good.
