CVS Pharmacy

Sherri and her team are amazing. She’s patient and always makes time. The last few years have been so hard on pharmacists and pharmacy workers, and they’ve been on the front lines through it all … filling prescriptions, answering questions, administering vaccines and so much more. Sherri is truly a neighborhood pharmacist. Though this location is super busy, she always asks after me and about my family. I trust her and couldn’t appreciate her more.

I am new to the Charlotte area and I would highly recomend the IN STORE Target CVS on Rea Rd. The Pharmacists and staff are always professional, friendly,and efficient and you seldom have any kind of a wait time. Thank you, Sherri and all for doing such a great job!!

I love this pharmacy! The pharmacists here are so helpful and knowledgeable about all prescriptions, drug interactions and they truly go above and beyond to help to resolve issues when there are problems with prescriptions! What I love most is the speed at which they endeavor to fill your prescriptions, their attention to detail; they never miss a discrepancy and their friendliness. 🥰

I ended up at this site specifically because I wanted to say something nice about Sheri Zallar and her staff at the CVS Parmacy in Target and I will in a minute. But first, I was amazed at a couple of negative remarks directed at this Pharmacy. My wife and I have been customers of this Pharmacy for at least ten years and while not without any issue, it was most frequently the fault of the physician's office. This is far and away the most satisfactory relationship that I have ever had with a Pharmacy and my Pharmacist, Ms. Zallar, RPh. This Pharmacy is populated by a conscientious group of professionals and I could not recommend them highly enough.

They (blonde mgr) inadvertently received two opioid prescriptions from the doctor and didn't follow their ethical obligation to clarify the correct one. They assumed I wanted the higher dose (enough for an elephant), which nearly precipitated a major accident. From what vending machine did they obtain their credentials?

I cannot express how unimpressed I am with CVS. I tried multiple times to get my prescriptions and each time they got it wrong every single time. They were not even filled when I arrived to pick them up again. The pharmacist told me that they could not get the pills I needed, after I was told by another that they could get them. The first day they opened as CVS as this location they were super friendly and seemed like they cared- good cover. CVS clearly does not care! The pharmacist told me they couldn't help and encouraged me to find a new pharmacy. Never going to a CVS again.

They seem to be unable to master the simplest tasks. THIS IS NOT HARD. Doctor sends you note on what to give a patient. You then give it to the patient. NOT HARD. Everything from claiming "your prescription is expired" and requiring the doctor's office to call them (when it clearly was not), to repeatedly filling scripts I neither want nor need, to filling scripts at quantities lower than authorized (requiring more return trips).. Every time I need to go back it's more drama and I'm done with it. Time to find a new pharmacy. So ridiculous.

Before Target pharmacy was bought by CVS I use to get a prescription for my dog at the cost of $10.00 for 90 tablets now that it's CVS it cost $58.00 called Walmart pharmacy and their cost is $10.00 needless to say I will be transferring the script!!

To be honest i didnt feel like i was treated as valued customer!
