This place is a gem! Great coffee, amazing food, cool mountain people! Snowboarding pairs nicely with the pumpkin caramel latte!

New location right next door to the old one everything inside is brand new. The customer service is excellent the staff is very friendly. They've added a few new things to the menu. There's going to be donuts on the weekends.The pastries are amazing I went in for a coffee the atmosphere is great. I like the Cafe style setting I was greeted very quickly they were very friendly the barista got my coffee right away and it was hot and I enjoyed the flavor of the roast. I'll definitely be back. Next I'll have to try some of the pastries and baked goods
Oh my God I tried the sourdough it is so good I got a fresh round it was amazing I ate half of it before I knew it.
I tried the almond croissant and the chocolate croissant both amazing. The tomato soup is also really good
I tried some of the muffins today and they are so good I can't seem to stay away from the pastries

My husband and I were in Truckee for a long weekend. We found Coffeebar through a Google search on our first morning and loved it so much we went there every morning of our trip. Excellent coffee, really tasty pastries. The sausage roll was the real star of the show food-wise! Plus the staff was so friendly, even working to learn our names despite being visitors to the area. 10/10

I'm pretty sure it's impossible to get something bad here, but I'd be willing to be the guinea pig if someone wants to run that test. We had the cider donut, pumpkin muffin and ham and cheese croissant. All were from great to excellent. The staff was super friendly and you can tell the bakers take pride in their product.

Walk in and you'll be greeted by warm stuff (even on snowy days) and the mouth-watering smell of fresh baked goods.

They offer a similar selection to what you'll find attached the Coffeebar coffee shop in Truckee, but with the experience of a bakery rather than a café.

Great place to visit to see where the goods are coming from, but with the same excellent coffee you'd expect from a Coffeebar location.

I have been subscriber for their beans for some time and was nice to visit their coffee shop.

I had espresso shot and it was well balanced, on the brighter side and delicious. This place makes modern, high quality espresso.

I worked there for couple of hours. It had good internet and lots of space. It also had outside seating.

It has shared parking lot with other nearby shops.

The staff was very nice and friendly.

Love the new save a cup program, had a hiccup the first time but it has been seamless ever since. Bakery goods and gluten free treats are delicious. My favorite to get right now is the Almond-Honey Latte made with an in-house syrup. Also the Pumpkin Chai Latte tastes just like autumn!

Tried the ube latte since I am filipino and it is amazing! This is the first time I have seen or tried an ube latte. I would highly recommend trying it even if you're not filipino you might just love it so much that you become a little filipino.

I believe this was called Wild Cherries. The biggest and best banana bread ever! My latte was excellent. The young gal was friendly and kind. The baked items are made at the bakery just a few feet away. This is a must try at least once. I will try again in future.

Great coffee, tasty pastries, fast service, and friendly staff. This is a great little place to stop if you’re looking for a quick bite. There is also a Rivian charger in the parking lot, so it’s a great place to charge and grab a snack on your way over the pass.

Clean cafe with a nice selection of drinks and snacks.

So many gf options. Pumpkin spice donut holes were amazing! I will definitely be stopping by on my way back home.

One of the best coffee shops in Northern CA, and the best in Truckee. Friendly staff, amazing pastries (including GF options), and coffee beans. They have a few food options at this location, but fewer than the other truckee locations.

Bring your own cup for a discount on your beverage. They'll grind the beans for you based on the being method you'll use.

This place is fantastic! My husband and I stopped in this morning to grab a cup of coffee and some breakfast on our way out of Tahoe. I had read good reviews and wanted to give them a try. We were definitely not disappointed!
From the time we walked in the staff was attentive, friendly and helpful. The first thing we saw were the 2 cases of a huge variety of pastries and sweets and the hard task of choosing just a couple of items began. We ended up with a piece of coffee cake and a dozen pumpkin donut holes. I also ordered an iced honey almond latte with almond milk.
If you need a pastry suggestion, get the coffee cake! Blueberry and cinnamon streusel combined in a moist and flavorful combination that was a delightful breakfast treat. Highly recommend.
My husband was delighted with his pumpkin donut holes, though they are actually more like mini-muffins. He thought they were super tasty.
The iced latte was good and I was very pleased to have dairy free options. It wasn’t super flavorful (I really couldn’t taste either the honey or the almond) but it was still yummy.
Overall we would definitely stop in here again, and next time we’re definitely getting more pastries!

The CoffeeBar Bakery is a coffee and dessert dream for vegans, and others who love coffee and pastries. Each pastry we ate was unique and over the top delicious. A dear friend had my vegan birthday cake catered from the CoffeeBar Bakery and everyone, including the non vegans, asked for more. Great service too. We highly recommend you stop in, especially after a day of skiing, or just for a treat. Very easily accessible on Donner Lake Drive near the entrance to 90. Parking available. We are thrilled to have found this place.

We stayed in Truckee for a week and this place became our regular spot for post-snowshoe refreshment. We particularly liked the pecan bar, which was really excellently stickily delicious. The donut holes were also good, although more cake-y than donut-y. They should call them cake holes. See you next year!
