Allo Communications provided outstanding service both in the field and at their office. I was initially curious about the benefits of switching to fiber optic cable, and the difference has been significant! The download speeds are impressive, but the upload speeds are even more remarkable. As someone who frequently uploads videos for my business, tasks that used to take several minutes are now nearly instantaneous. The team came the night before to prepare for the installation, and two technicians arrived the next day to complete the setup—everyone involved was highly professional. I also had a question about my home security cameras, which I remembered only after the team had left. When I called the office, a local representative promptly assisted me and even set up a specific tier for them. The entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Moreover, the installation was free, and the monthly fees are competitive, offering the fastest internet speeds available. I highly recommend them.

I’ve lived in Havasu for 25 years and have experienced the worst Wi-Fi until my installation done this week by 6 technicians from Allo my home involved property on 2 lots with 3 buildings they were not going to leave until I was 100 percent satisfied 4 big screen TVs and multiple devices had to be programmed which the staff of Allo completed for me I highly recommend Allo 🤓

We were promised service by mid November at our HOA meeting by Allo Reps. They started the underground wiring but then stopped. We have a hole on our grounds and sprinklers dug for over 2 months with nothing being done. When the board contacted Allo they said they weren't going to do the install because they couldn't get into every single unit. Sorry but we own these units and some people don't want them in there. Does that mean you won't go down a street unless every single house on that street let's you in their house. Ridiculous company, that doesn't keep it's word.

Absolutely the worst company ever they dont train their employees properly and they allow their people to destroy people's homes and tear up existing people's internet causing major issues for alot of people. they dont even understand how basic cable works they tried to repair a coaxil line with a wire nut like it was electrical wire. And when confronted, they just dont care, period. I would never recommend them or their staff, especially with the 10% rate increase after 1 month. The box is allos new box that they installed after tearing up existing conduits and line

We were promised our yard would look the same after Allo's conduit installation. We have red spray paint everywhere and told by Allo's foreman Jeff that it's our problem.
