I cannot say enough about the service and the lady in the front office. 5 years as a customer. Ne er major issues. This is a Havasu staple.

The best customer service ever. My signal was being blocked by new construction and a tree.
They fixed the problem and now my service is back, better than ever.
Thank all of you for such great service and greatest knowledge of knowing what to do.

Took a while to get in the system but it was worth the wait. Everyone was very professional and friendly and there performance was great . The system works fantastic and Jordan the installer was also fantastic and very personal and was willing to locate the hardware where we wanted it. He is a model employee. We will recommend!!!!!

I talked to Melissa on the phone today trying to find out some information about getting internet service. I am of course having problems with suddenlink which I just got TODAY, and can’t get it to work. I explained to Melissa and she told me we would not have that problem but to make sure our internet would work where our house is, they would have to send someone out before anything and we don’t even have to be at the house. Anyways, amazing customer service!!!! And great information!!! Thank you Melissa!

Hands down the best customer service in Havasu, in the internet arena, I won’t recommend companies usually but I recommend this one if you have any other internet service you are missing out!! Call them have them do the site survey, worst that can happen is you will have to wait for them to get a little bigger, and put up another tower, I am on their brand new tower and WOW!!!! Awesome, streaming on my fire stick and doing work on the computer while fact checking on the IPad not even a slight slow down! If you don’t have them get them!!
