I just had my oil heater serviced by Mark E. I found Mark to be professional, knowledgeable and personal. His customer service ability is by far second to none. In my opinion Mark is a credit to himself and JC Heating and Cooling!!!

5 stars for JC Heating & Cooling! Ryan performed my annual heater tune up today and he was very efficient, friendly, and thoroughly explained the components of the tune up and the results to me. I love that this business is located five minutes from my home and whenever I stop in their office I receive excellent, personal customer service from their office staff who greet you with a smile! Happy to recommend this local business!

JC Heating and Cooling was amazing and super helpful in a much needed situation. I had my heat go out in my house with my family in town with my two little nephews. They had somebody out and had it fixed within the same day at a very fair price without any issues. I would strongly recommend them to anybody for any heating and cooling problems or needs!!!

I needed a new AC unit on my new /(very old and under remodel) home. I had four companies give estimates and two of them were double what Brad quoted me. Brad spent a significant amount of time inspecting my home and explaining the work to be done. The four technicians worked a day and a half in my tiny attic crawl space to install the new ducting and system. They did this on the hottest days of the year and at a price that no one came close to matching! This company will be my go to company and I highly recommend them! Thanks Guys!

I had a question about my evacuated tube and solar hot water heater and he was very helpful in troubleshooting a problem I was having dealing with night circulation detected.

JC heating and cooling was amazing! My boiler started smoking in the morning. When I called them, they had someone out by 12! Super knowledgeable technician! He answered all my questions, did an amazing job and cleaned everything up when we has done! Will definitely call them again for any of my boiler needs!

Super professional service from start to finish. The lady at the office got my consult appointment with Brad scheduled quickly. Brad came over and carefully explained our options and provided expert advice that saved us money. Installation was also scheduled quickly, and JC communicated with the electrician making the process smooth & easy. At install time Ryan and Joe came over promptly and did a fantastic job - explained how the unit functions and cleaned up the entire area. Look no further for your HVAC needs - these guys are the real deal.

I am purchasing a new home which has oil heat. I am a first time homeowner and have no idea about HVAC. I spoke to Joe today and he taught me so much. He spent an hour on the phone with me going over all my options. He was very honest and gave me so much important information. He is a wealth of knowledge and I hope to use his services for my new home.

Ryan presented himself as a true professional. He got right to work and kept me posted on his progress; he even cleaned up the boiler area when he was done.
