Nassau Sushi

Chirashi (~$27) had high quality pieces cut thickly. Tasted fresh. Would definitely go again for the quality of the sashimi.

I would not go if the waiter's attitude means a lot. They're not rude. Just weren't particularly welcoming in demeanor and didn't bother to remember who ordered what.

I would not go for particularly good Korean food ( the bibimbap which had a bit too much spring mix and kimchi fried rice), but definitely leaning on the more authentic side. Still a good option.

Pricy but all sashimi are fresh, delicious, and great quality. Menu selections have Korean and Japanese dishes.

Almost everything can be made vegetarian. The La Bok Ki was really good. A noodle, rice cake dish. It was savory, warm and even had a little spice to it. The Kimchi Jigae was okay came with a soup starter but overall not as good as the La Bok Ki.

I have been coming here for about 8 years. It is so delicious. The sizzling chicken terriaki is sooo so good. The staff is so nice and friendly. Such a cozy restaurant. Hands down best restaurant in Princeton!

This is the best sushi place so far! Super fresh seafood that will melt in your mouth. Also you should try their soups to be amazed by the broth taste.

Excellent sushi but the Korean food here is amazing. Easily the best Korean restaurant in the area and we kept coming back to it. The kimchi jigae will not disappoint

This spot is the best for sushi in the area. Outdoor dining has a very quaint porch feel to it, sushi is just as great as the atmosphere. What is even better is the very hard working staff especially server Angela very friendly, will definitely prefer to go on a night she is serving. Side note be aware there isnt any alcoholic beverages but it is BYOB which if caught off guard there is a liquor store just a short 3 block walk. The indoor dining looks just as great as outdoor dining for when we finally get through this covid time.

Excellent food and service really good restaurant

It was a drizzly day in Princeton and by lunch time we were all wanting warm soups and this was the perfect place to go. High recommend the seafood pancake, French roll, soft tofu stew and the udon. They were busy even though we were there a little after the lunch rush and can tell it is a local favorite.

Exquisite! You’ll feel like you just tasted a hug after sampling any of their menu’s offerings. The fish is so fresh, it’s as if they reached into the ocean and grabbed it for you. The service is intuitive and thoughtful—always kind. You walk away feeling satisfied, smarter and better looking.

Best Korean, Japanese restaurant!
I think It is better than original Korean restaurant in Korea.
They are keeping clean, kind, quality of taste.
And they have written down my name, number for COVID-19 safety.
I eagerly wanna visit again them.
I had great trip thanks to them.

2 visits in the past 2 months here and can’t wait to go back. Delicious high quality fresh Korean food from the banchan to the sizzling seafood pancake to the tofu stew. Wonderful hot ginger tea. Outdoor distanced seating with heat lamps. All so perfect for colder weather. Nassau sushi satisfies my cravings for Korean food and it’s my new favorite restaurant.

Fantastic food, helpful staff, and quick service. I took my parents here when they visited from out of town and they raved about it. My dad and I had the sushi, which was outstanding, delicious and super fresh. They were very good about avoiding shellfish for my dad, who’s allergic. My mom loved the teriyaki beef. We normally don’t like miso but we loved the miso here. My dad said this would be his regular place if he lived here. It is mine, except that I hardly ever eat fish or meat, but when I do, this is the place!

The Sushi is awesome and they are well prepared for covid. Everything is sanitized and up to par. The staff is welcoming and polite. A great place to eat if your taking a nice walk down Nassau Street.

Great service, wide menu selection, and high quality ingredients. I highly recommend any of the Korean dishes and the sushi was high quality.

I give 5 stars mainly for the fact that I've been a regular for decades on and off (since early 2000s). The main reason, is that they are attentive and care about regular customers. I've had better sushi of course, in Japan, and Korean food in other parts of the country. But for Korean this is it in town, for Japanese other places don't have the ambiance and care for the customer.
