Nice store! I found the sales clerks to be terrific! They will put some other "things" in your dressing room - to see what you think. I liked that. They are not pushy at all and will check to see how you are doing. Great customer service.

I absolutely love the clothes! However, I dread walking into the store because the women that work there are extremely unpleasant . Whenever I am in the store they look annoyed. The same group of ladies have been there for a while and they seem to have an attitude. Unfortunately, I do not order online because I like to try the clothes on. Otherwise, I would avoid that place entirely.

This is a great store and they have a variety of great clothing selections, however I also felt the employees look a bit unpleasant while you’re just trying to browse. It kinda makes you feel uncomfortable even being the store.

The employees in this store peck like vultures the ENTIRE time you're trying to browse.
Even when you make it clear you're just browsing.
They can really ruin a moment of downtime!

I have only been in the store 3 times since moving to Charlotte. Every time I have been in they never say hello. Never ask if I need help…. nothing. Glad to see it’s not just me!

It happens almost every time I shop here. The looks on the faces of the employees are absolutely terrible! The one lady that asked what I was looking for was ADAMANT that the pants I was looking for were online only-I wasn’t asking her to prove it-but she literally looked online to try and prove me wrong. She never smiled or acted like she really cared if I puchased anything or not. My husband shops JJill quite frequently for me– but does so online to avoid the Interaction with these particular women at the Blakeney store. It is a shame and disgrace that a clothing store like JJill has these types of personalities working there. The only reason I gave one star was the little lady that checked me out was somewhat pleasant. I recommend you get a whole new staff.
