That young man Nicholas that was there when I walk in, this guy was very nice and professional and everything checking my engine light and elaborating on what each code was, very sweet and he knew his stuff༆ they don't make boys like that anymore!...2 thumbs up for Nicholas who with his great attitude elevated this angels' mood although it had been a very long day 👍🏻👍🏻

One of the nicest guys ever, helped me pick out windshield wipers, went out to the car and made sure that he was giving me the right type and even installed the new ones. The guy is just phenomenal.

Customer service like this just doesn't seem to happen anymore and he stood out so much. I have never met him before today but will absolutely go out of my way to do business with this location in the future.

Very friendly & helpful staff

The service is excellent. I've visited this specific store twice. I once bought windshield wipers. The representative installed them without hesitation. Second visit, I bought a car battery charger. Once again, the representative assisted me and installed the battery in my cat without hesitation.

This is my O'Reilly Auto parts that I use on a daily basis I own Mitch's mobile auto repair and I give this store a five star they really are informative and helpful to their customers and they have a clean store and good employees we're good attitudes

Joey was so helpful with me. My husband who usually buys parts for our car has medical issues. I explained this to Joey and he was sympathetic and explained everything I needed to know about rotors and break pads. Please thank Joey for his help and my husband is truly thankful.

Joey showed excellent customer service. He replaced my windshield wipers in just a couple mins. The store was busy but he still remembered to help me. He went above and beyond.

Now, I've been to some O'Reilly's, "you know the one's..." but not this one. This one has people that actually know something about cars&motorcycles, actual knowledge. Not just what they picked up working there kind of stuff.
And yes it's better than the one off Baseline and Waterman. Well I really can't say for sure but they're definitely nicer. Yeah if need parts this O'Reilly's knows what to get you, beyond just typing it in and locating it behind the counter. They get a 5: of course; mind you, this was the evening shift. I ain't got a clue about the morning shift.

Let's see it's a part store right we walked in we declared what we needed they went and found it most expeditiously we walked out with a smiling face and everything that we needed to complete the task at hand sales representative for amazing in attendance and took care of our every need the kind of place that would make you a proud to be an American

Took the time to help me find the right battery for my car as the one on file did not fit. This was after I had already gone to Walmart and AutoZone who were no help. I would recommend to anyone.

I am very upset and highly offended by the employee and manager both at the Kendall address in San Bernardino. They completely misused the refund with no receipt policy. They made up their own rules right before my very eyes. I've worked retail and customer service for many many years. ONE classic rule of thumb is; The customer is ALWAS right.
The president and CEO of the company had the right idea when starting off with Customer Satisfaction being their first priority. Unfortunately its the guys in the stores, that ruin the vision. My wife happened to be near an O'Reillys Auto Parts and decided to stop by since it was in the same vicinity as she was. She purchased a pack of sockets which turned out to be the wrong size. The day went by and she basically lost the receipt. I decicided to go get a refund or exchange understanding we longer had the receipt.
Well, I had THE WORST customer service experience ever ! They said there was nothing they could do for me. And that we would need to travel 30 minutes away to the original store where thr purchase was made. when I asked for the refund policy they couldn't provide one, so I had to google it.
They lied to me , telling me that LOSS PREVENTION told then NOT to accept any merchandise without a receipt.
So now I will go straight to the top corporate office to submit a complaint.

The employees at this place were awesome they knew what they were talking about they found my parts and assisted me in a very very timely manner

Great customer service I came in needed a couple small parts from the fuel injector. the guys helped me with easily finding and comparing the part.
