Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Pretty standard Popeyes. I will say the employee at the window was super nice and changed out my drink after he had already filled it with something else. Food was normal, nothing bad but nothing special.

We just had lunch there, they are clearly short staffed but they were all working very hard to get everyone's meal out as quickly as possible. The front counter guy apologized several times and he was so sweet! Our meal was fresh and delicious! Worth the wait! The crew definitely needs to be praised!

The food took longer than expected but we are a family of six. The manager, surprisingly, without asking or complaining, treated my children amazingly. She got them food and toys before our food was ready. Wow, thank you. The food was wonderful. The restaurant and the bathrooms were clean and in working order.The manager was cleaning and mopping the dining room floor. She needs a raise. A hand clap, and a Big Thank You. Customer service is nearly non-existent in most places but is the life source of return business. See you soon! Oh, and I'll be telling others.

Pretty good overall. The food was amazing I personally got the chicken sandwich super good 100% recommend. Maybe the lady I got was mean but I feel like she didn't have the best attitude but maybe that's just the lady I got. The atmosphere was pretty good it wasn't to noisy but also wasn't to quiet. Overall I would totally recommend.

Great spicy chicken but no more fish for sale there. We loved their fish!!!☹So much better then Siloam Springs! We live in Siloam Springs an won't eat at our Popeyes location! Springdale puts ours to shame!

Have eaten from here a few times. The chicken was fresh and tasted really good. The food came out relatively quickly and they got the order for 2 right. I recommend going here.

1/31/22 My fiancé and I visited, we are truckers and did have to walk through drive thru since the dining room is closed. Probably due to staffing no big deal. We had placed an order online, which wasn’t seen due to staffing it was only the manager and one employee, it only took about 5 minutes for our order to be ready and though I’m sure they were stressed out they were both very polite and pleasant.

Always fresh,and hot. The employees at this store are always so well trained and trained to be customer oriented! I'm always thanked and made to feel like I'm appreciated! That's not the norm in more fast food places, especially through a drive through where they treat it like an assembly line! It's a rare refreshing treat!

In walking distance from the Pilot. Great food, average service.

The food was good, but they didn't have any spicy chicken for my mom. We're from Louisiana and what they call spicy is not what we are use to here in Arkansas. But other then that the food was good.

Food was great and service was fast. Only complaint is we asked for half white meat and half dark, and we only got all dark meat. It was still good though. We love their mashed potatoes and their Cajun fries and rice were super good too! It was only me and a friend, but we chowed down on quite a bit of food. Lol

Made a good spicy chicken sandwich, not over cooked like some locations and sauce was on point. Perfect amount of pickles some in every bite. Fast too! Tried at other location not as good as this location.

Great spicy chicken fingers, honey and biscuits and mashed potatoes and gravy is good!

Dining room was closed to customers. I can't fit in drive through with a semi. They allowed me and my wife to come inside and order. Very fast service. Food was great and fresh. Great employees.

I loved it. Really nice store on the west side of Sunset/hwy 412. Chicken was very fresh, crispy, juicy and delicious. The store was very clean, employees are very attentive. I'll be back.

Popeyes restaurant on 412 west in Springdale Ar is a very good place to eat. They have drive thru service, easy to order, and staff gets your food out quick and always hot. Parking spaces are plentiful with beautiful landscaping. I recommend this location for eating at Popeyes.

Question: How does one choose a restaurant to take your kid for the last meal of 2019 when ones wife and sister need an extra thirty to smoke weed?

Answer: The first place that has the sign on.

PPS The chicken sandwich was deep fried chicken on a bun glued together with mayo.

Usually staffed well so service is fast enough and keeps it friendly.
For chicken that's fried it's pretty good, but they don't offer Mac and cheese which is a no no for a southern chicken place.
