Recordsforce does a great job making their employees feel like the office is a safe place to work. They also put a lot of effort into making the remote staff feel engaged with the company. It is a great fit for anyone who enjoys a good company culture.

I have worked at Recordsforce for 3 years. The culture is relaxed, inclusive, and fun. The employees are treated like family, and I have seen tremendous growth with team building and communication. Recordsforce is a great place to work!

I noticed another review on break times. Based on the way our operation works, all time needs to be accounted for so we can bill clients appropriately, accurately gauge production for project metrics, as well as other reporting and forecasting. Nobody is timed to go to the bathroom! You are given generous break time to use as you please, it just needs to be a task.

If you want to work for a company that focuses on employees being encouraged to grow personally and professionally, this is the place for you.

Recordsforce is the best place for document scanning. Their team really cares about the work they do and it shows.

I love Recordsforce!

I worked at Recordsforce for several years. I found the managers and staff to be fair and fun. There are policies in place for time keeping but that's the nature of their business. They are open to new ideas and employee engagement. I would recommend them to anyone.

If management decides you are a problem employee without speaking to you about any issues that may have occured, you will be persona non grata and they will force you out with a hostile work environment. Also if you work on any other shift than day shift you will certainly feel the "otherness" of it when it comes to all the supposed team building activities or fun "after work" things. It's only ever after work for day crew and no one else and there's no effort to even every now and then change that.

They do have a fun snack bar where the money goes yo charity and they meet the amount of it. They also let you have the ability to make your own hours which is great.

It does have some positive points but management certainly plays favorites and needs some more training. Just be aware.
