Monical's Pizza

Even though I live in New York, I visit at least twice a year to visit my parents who live right outside of Villa Grove. Along with our usual order of the Family Pleaser the first night or two I am home, I usually stop by to pick up a deep dish for myself. This past week I decided to treat my mom to lunch. It had been years since eating at the restaurant and it was just as good as I remember from the outstanding service to the food.

We eat at different area Monical's frequently. However, this was the best! The breadsticks were SO fresh, hot, and soft! The salad was extremely fresh and tasty, and the pizza was delicious! Our waitress was so nice and very thorough! We had an out-of-state friend with us, visiting from central Wisconsin, and he really enjoyed his supper! Thanks Villa Grove Monical's for a great experience!

Excellent salad was not served cold. This is a high traffic place, it is that good for this area.

Great pizza in a small town. Good thin crispy crust. Family pleaser is good. It comes with a salad and drinks. Place seemed fairly clean.

The pizza was the absolute best Monical's Pizza I've ever had. The pizza had fresh veggies and ample sauce & cheese. The breadsticks were perfect, they were hot and fresh from the oven and not overcooked. The salad was shredded finely, fresh and cold with plenty of cheese and tomatoes. The customer service from the staff was wonderful. They were quick to seat us, get drinks and take our orders. The waitress checked on us frequently and was very helpful. The cook even found time to come out and ask us how the food tasted! I can't say enough good things about the Monical's Pizza in Villa Grove!!!

Very great pizza. My boyfriend said they're known for their thin crust pizza and he wasn't wrong. I also ordered some buffalo wings which paired great with the bow tie pasta. My picky boyfriend devoured the pasta with no butts. It's nice to order something that isn't pizza Hut, dominos, etc. Will he coming back for sure :)

We went in late afternoon to eat and everything from the service to the food was amazing. This Monicals has an extended menu and the salad dressing is different. We will be back for sure.

The wings are to die for! Deep fried. The appetizers and pizza were perfect. Very fast and very friendly. Highly recommend!

The food is great, customer service was excellent as well. The cook even came out to ask us how our pizza was! We are definitely going to be repeat customers.

Lunch is always delicious weather it's, pizza, wings, burgers or pasta.
You can't go wrong.

I ordered a pizza online for pick up my daughter has never liked pizza but for the first time she ate their Pizza and liked it she did not spit it out or turn it off and she even ate some that I had warmed up for dinner after our lunch I have to admit the pizza was very tasty and had a nice amount of toppings on it and we enjoyed our lunch great job!

Great service and pizza. It is an every Friday event at our house. It is also where I started working when I was 10. Walter was great, like a second father.

Great pizza but this Monicals also has other items on it's menu. The cheeseburgers are my favorite. The staff are friendly as well.

BBQ Chicken Pizza is the best in my opinion. You can never go wrong with their salad, breadsticks, and monkey bread for desert.

My favorite pizza place. It makes up for lack of sauce with excellent seasonings. Not a single complaint from me.

Excellent food and service

Service is always great very personable in a small town. Good food great service . Clean dining area ,clean restrooms . Ample parking .
