Great American Grill

This restaurant was absolutely amazing, I ordered the steak salad and the steak was very well seasoned and a perfect medium rare. The salad was really fresh with a lot of color that brighten the dish, my family and I even made friends with the waitress and the waiter, who gave us the best customer service, the food was a little pricey but definitely worth going to, 10/10 would eat here again!!!

This place is a little gem in Hilmar. Great atmosphere, music was great 80-90s. Food is amazing!! We went for lunch and I had the steak salad, this was beyond delicious and huge plate! Hubby had the crispy chicken sandwich, he loved it but was jelly over my steak salad. I will definitely go here again.

I have eaten here many times and I’ve always had a great experience. Some servers are more enthusiastic than others but they are overall happy to help. The main reason for my review is because I recently booked our office Christmas party here, it hasn’t even happened yet, but I had to brag about Casey! He was so helpful, funny, and patient in helping me make all the right choices for our Christmas party. He went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted and kept it in our budget. His service and adaptability is what every business should be looking to hire! I can go on and on but seriously, Great American Grill is lucky to have Casey and he will be one of the many reasons we keep coming back.

First time here for dinner and had a great dinner on their nice patio. Chicken Marsala, and they were happy to modify it for us to be on mashed potatoes instead of pasta. So good! Really, it was super yummy - the kind of food you always hope for when you dine out. Also enjoyed a nice bourbon old fashioned on the rocks and nice service that did not leave us hanging. We will be back!

Loved the atmosphere. The event room was modern and comfortable and the outdoor area had a stone fire pit and bar. Kayla and staff were very friendly and attentive. Prime rib had a little smoke and just the right amount of seasoning. Appetizers provided a variety of flavor, my favorite being the cauliflower 'wings'.

A friend invited me to have lunch today, GAGrill was...Outstanding!!!! Best Chowder this side of Monterey! I will certainly return to this hidden jewel. Staff: A++++

Can't say enough. Service is great. Food is fantastic. Had our wedding there, couldn't have been more perfect. Kayla and David keep everything running so smoothly.

Great food, ambiance! Becca the waitess is awesome. She always makes sure you have drinks or anything you need. We have been here twice and have not been disappointed!

The Event Center is a fantastic spot to host a meeting. Recently provided a full hybrid meeting service; 30 people in the room; a number of people virtual; internet backbone provided was more than sufficient to host all. 6 hour broadcast.

Great steak bites and old fashions
