On behalf of the family of Mrs. Maxine Teresa Allen Orr, I would like to extend our sincerest thanks to Jackson Memory Funeral Home. Ms. RoShunda made what was the hardest day of my life a seamless one. She was so patient, kind, compassionate , professional and kept us up to date with all steps in the process. Mr. Jackson made mother look so natural and peaceful with that slight smile that said it is well. We were allowed to spend the time we needed in painting mom's nails and applying her make up and every detail we felt was necessary. Ms. RoShunda did not rush us and allowed us the time we needed. She answered every question we had, allowed us to double check anything that was done, making sure it was exactly the way we wanted. Mr. Ronald Jones, showed up on time to lead and guide us, allowing mom her final ride to the church. I would like to just say Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! I could never repay you for helping us create the home going mother would have wanted. I highly recommend them if you are looking for professionalism.

The staff at Jackson Memory treated us like family not like "clients" they went above and beyond their "job". They have taken care of several of our family members and each time they have been more than accommodating. I will continue to recommend them! It's so refreshing to have nice, good people still run a respectable business!

My family and I were very pleased with the professionalism exhibited by the staff of Jackson Memory Funeral Home. They were very accommodating to our needs, and very helpful in planning services for my mother. Mr. Jackson and his daughter were very timely in responding to all of our questions and needs. And, furthermore, they took the time to show how much they cared in making sure everything met our expectations. When families are going through a difficult time such as this, it is extremely helpful to feel confident in the services Jackson Memory provided for us.

Mr. Jackson and daughter thank you so much for the service you provide my family in the homecoming of our mother. She had dementia for nine years. She had became much smaller. You made her so beautiful I ask your daughter did your dad know my mother ,. She said know all he have to do is see a picture. Words can not express our gratitude. Jackson Memory Funeral home and staff are amazing. Reliability, dependability, comfort, and consolation are what are needed during the time of losing a loved one. These things and more were provided during the loss of several of my church members but especially when death was present in my family personally. Mr. Jackson and his staff were “amazing”. They worked closely with me during and after the burial of my sister. Whenever I had questions, even after business hours, I could reach out to them and they were always willing to assist right then. I would recommend Jackson Memory to anyone in need of funeral services. They went to extraordinary lengths to accommodate me and my mother for my father's funeral. The wake and service were handle professionally and all loved ones who attended were made to feel comfortable in there beautiful chapel. While this event was an extreme loss for my family, the Jackson Memory team offered the consolation needed to persevere in a very difficult time.

Town Creek was the home of my mother, and Jackson Memory was the obvious choice for her service. Mr. Jackson and his daughter took such great care with her service. Their respect and professionalism really made the entire process a peaceful experience.

The owner, Henry Jackson, does an amazing job meeting every need. He exceeds expectations and makes what most consider the most heart breaking and challenging times of their lives comfortable, bearable, and memorable. He is a blessing to our community and to every family he serves.
