the best deer sausage around. No Frills... they don't throw in Jalapeno/cheddar or maple syrup because they don't need to. It is just that good.

Very professional operation. Staff is friendly and well trained. This is the third deer I’ve had caped out and processed there without any issues.
Best of all, the smoked sausage, unreal good!

I've had deer sausage from at least five different processors around Bainbridge and some were pretty good but I tried this guys stuff and its amazing. Best sausage I've ever had!

These people are full of bull my
advice is stay away from Concord they don't do a good job at processing your deer and they are racist as well.
