They did a great job with my spa. The delivery crew, Trevor, Colby, marquees, stan, Spencer and Alex. Very fast, efficient, and helpful. Tricia was our sales person and she was able to help me through the whole process.

Second time reviewing this place because that's how good they are. I've had the hot tub for over two years now and the Hurricane store is where I get my supplies. Great people their especially Trisha when it comes to chemical questions or issues. Service department is also great and have always been quick to respond to any warranty issues.

Tricia at Red Rock Spas was great to work with. I selected a spa on my first visit and set up a delivery date. The spa was delivered and set up quickly. There was a small problem on delivery which was taken care of the same day.

We have had a great experience buying a hot tub at Red Rock Spas in Hurricane. They have been so great to work with, Tricia is the best. Tricia came to our house after her work day to show us how to operate and take care of the hot tub. Excellent customer service!!

Starting from the beginning to the install and completion, the entire organization was professional and very interested in customer satisfaction. Tricia took the time to assist with pre-construction of the concrete pad, power supply and privacy fence construction; sharing expertise and suggestions. The setting/install crew went beyond during the setting and the “how to operate and chemical use” after the install. Stan knows his work and is top notch and the two younger men were on top of their game as well (Trevor and I do not recall there other name). I would recommend Red Rock and the staff to everyone.

I recently purchased a Sundance Spa from Red Rock Spa's. I was really impressed with the courtesy and knowledge of their sales staff. The price was certainly competitive and the service was outstanding. They delivered the spa the next day after purchase. They had all the right equipment and a team of men to make the delivery. They brought it in, helped me determine where best to place it, filled it, added chemicals and showed me how to maintain and operate the spa. They had an electrician certified to do the electrical wiring. I had a couple of questions the next day so I called the store and they were more than willing to help me. They offered to give me additional direction over the telephone if ever needed. I have been in their store since to purchase a cover cleaning solution and was happy to see they carry all products necessary to maintain my spa. I have already recommended Red Rock Spa's to two of my friends.

Tricia was the most amazing employee! She helped me find what I needed and was very kind and courteous.

From the moment I walked into the store, the staff was amazing. They asked questions to see what spa was best for my needs. They didn't try to pressure me or try to talk me into a bigger, more expensive spa. They answered all of my questions as I knew absolutely nothing about them. They set me up with a great financing plan and set me up for installation the next week.

Before coming to install it, they came out and made sure that it was going to fit where I wanted to place it. They also checked to see how they were going to move it from the truck to the back yard as my path is very narrow.

The day of installation, 4 men came out and maneuvered it into the back yard. The electrician put in a power outlet right next to the spa.They got everything set up quickly. They were very professional and friendly and answered my many questions. Both the sales people and the installation crew called later that afternoon just to check how things were going and told me to call or stop in if I had any questions or concerns.

Overall, I am very happy with my new spa and can't thank the staff enough for everything that they did to make my experience a great one.

Amazing!!! I'm so glad we went to Red Rock Spas in Hurricane! Guys came out 5 minutes earlier than they said! Got us all set up. Customer service is amazing! I called in a couple days later with questions about my water and they talked me through it and even called later to see if it worked!

Red Rock Spas is awesome! We knew we wanted a hot tub, and walked into Red Rock Spas to discuss what was in stock and what could be installed/delivered quickly. We pointed one out, and said, "If we pay you right now, can we be in it tonight?"

They looked at their watch, and said "Yeah we can do that." Less than an hour and a half later they were delivering our new Jacuzzi. They handled all the electric hookup, installed the tub, filled it, and then stopped by the next day (in Washington) to make sure everything was okay.

We got an amazing deal, but what really pushed this experience over the edge was the insane customer service. We'd spoken to multiple vendors, and a lot of pool installers--all of which had their own challenges. Red Rock Spas made it easy.

Red Rock Spas helped make my dream come true. I wanted to surprise my children with a new hot tub for Christmas (2020). Due to Covid-19, everyone else seemed to have the same idea. My searching was exhausting (every spa was 6-9 months out), until visiting Red Rock Spas! They were the 1st to give me hope. And they delivered!!!! A beautiful Cal Spa was delivered to my home Christmas Eve!!!! Included in this delivery was detailed, helpful instructions on the care of my new Spa. I have been a very satisfied customer. I can text my questions or go into the office and receive prompt service.
