My nephew has worked for this outfit for many years. Doing anything and everything asked of him. He has done alot of out of town work despite the problems that creates with family home life.He has been patient for a long time waiting for some type of a perk or benifit package that of couse has never came. So, when the oppertunity presented itself for a not only better paying job but a job with insurance benifits he did his due dilligence in turning in his two week notice,has worked his two weeks, is waiting for his pay check and of course they are dragging their feet to give it to him. If anyone is ever THINKING about working for this place....Think twice and if you do, just be prepared for the most thankless job you've ever worked.

I had a great experience with Baer Welding! They make sure that everything was perfect and that I was happy with the job before they finished. The craftmenship and attention to detail was amazing. I would highly recommended using them.
