Paradox Grille

We went to gateway canyons for a vacation, spent every day here for lunch and dinner, we loved it so much! People there were always super nice! I have a roudy 7 year old and they didn't seem to get upset over his craziness either, but were actually very nice to him also, my husband and I have been to places where people were not always that nice to us or our son when he would act up in the restaurant. I wish I could give the place more than 5 stars, they are amazing!

Such a wonderful restaurant! The service and food was great. Was stopping by to visit my Dad at the fire department and we went here for lunch.

Fun stop in Gateway Canyons - especially as a treat after a visit to the amazing automobile collection. Attentive service & great food (my pulled pork tacos were super!). Drinks are pricey - but the Bordeaux cherry in my Manhatten (made with local aged rye) was almost worth the price. Inside tables are nice, but we asked to sit outside & enjoyed the view.

Great spot to ride to from town. Scenic. Good food. Reasonable pricing. A great go to for the day.

Great food and service! We went 3 times - first for drinks and apps, then dinner and breakfast the next day. Megham and Lisa Ann were super friendly and I really appreciated the extra care with our daughter. The tuna appetizer was awesome! Chips and dips (salsas and queso) were great, too and my daughter loved the shrimp scampi and flourless chocolate cake.

Breakfast was delicious with great ingredients and creative prep. Very relaxing, cozy atmosphere. Makes you feel like you are on vacation.

Not some place you just happen to drive by, you have to go to Gateway Colorado, which I had never heard of. Wow am I glad we went! Amazing place! Food was fantastic, atmosphere was wonderful and the service was out of this world. I don't remember the guys name that we met but he deserves a raise!! Super nice guy and went way above and beyond what anyone would have expected. Can't say enough good things about this place. If you find yourself in Gateway Colorado, do yourself a favor and go!!

Gluten free, We had a simple hamburger but it was made so elegant And gluten free I was so taken back that I forgot to take photos ..next time. Our server was amazing

All the food is so delicious! They make really good lattes and their freshly made dox donut is worth every penny! Also the cheesecake is to die for. I wasnt a fan of the biscuits and gravy but the French Toast was AMAZING! I wasnt a fan of the salad either but the burgers (even the vegetarian one) was delicious. Their French fries are also really good! And their margaritas are amazing too! My husband and I stayed at the resort for several nights and really enjoyed eating at the Paradox Grill, the staff was always sweet, helpful, professional and very nice!!!

Great little bar and grill at a very nice, high end resort. Good, fresh food on a small-ish menu, and an excellent wine, beer and drink selection. If you're on the Western Slope, the drive from either the north or south - or west, if coming from Moab - is a unique, gorgeous appetizer to your meal and/or stay. Solid service, as you would expect. Friendly staff. Note: great craft beer selection, new each year, but, you'll pay up for some of the unique ones, as I happily did.

Our booth looked out at the beautiful gardens on the Gateway Property. The brisket was cooked perfectly. The dish included the most creative slaw I have ever tried - a watermelon slaw consisting of jicama, watermelon, and pickled onion- delicious! The wait staff was very friendly and come from various states and countries. Very accomodating for dietary restrictions, as well. Chef Russel visited our table, as well.

A superb al fresco lunch. We enjoyed the vegetarian Mushroom Mole Tacos (3 soft corn tortillas) and Southwest Garden Burger with Brussels sprouts. Our server, Runyararo, was friendly, courteous, and attentive. Be sure to stroll through the resort and wander around outside: the geological and floral views are outstanding!

Service was excellent, food was delicious. Limited menu choices but enough to provide some different options for a few day stay at the Gateway Resort. Kids menu available and ill share the Mac n cheese is awesome. I had the tenderloin the first night and it was cooked perfectly. Tried the double cheese burger second night and it didn't disappoint. Worthy of a try.

I can't say enough good things about our experience at Paradox Grille last night. My husband has a number of dietary restrictions that make eating out all but impossible. But our waiter listened carefully and worked with the kitchen to make sure my husband had a meal that would be safe for him to eat. Not only did they succeed, but it was excellent as well. Overall our food was excellent and the service was amazing.

Definitely our favorite little hidden gem in Gateway Canyon.

The restaurant was tucked inside a lovely resort area that we didn't stay at this time through, but we were so impressed by we may very well return for a stay.

We were coming through around lunch and decided to grab a quick bite at the Paradox. The lunch entrees are all very filling and delicious. My family and I all ordered a variety of different things from sandwiches to quesadillas and everything was good, as was the service. It all was a little pricey, though.

All in all I'd recommend stopping in and checking this place out for it's unique and beautiful atmosphere and good food.

Bizz Hours posted by Google are not correct. Should be open everyday into November. Great place to eat , friendly staff. Support this restaurant that is the only place worthy of eating for miles around. Stop in and see the museam of 150 million $ Car collection, a must see!
