Great experience!! From me inquiring to the final sale . Bryan was my sales guy. He was awesome I didn’t feel like i was being rushed or inconveniencing him with my questions . He was thorough in explaining the atv and all other details regarding the sale. . He was just over all very welcoming and not pushy . I felt very at ease and that means slot to me. I couldn’t have asked for a better sales experience !!! Now a days that means alot because quite often I have dealt with horrible customer service …. By the end of my experience in just the short time , I felt like I knew Bryan for years

Asked for a starter bike that’ll fit my size. No hesitation pointed me in the right direction and basically rode it home the next day! Could not ask for anything more!

Have had many positive experiences w two different bikes. With both bikes the staff, being parts department and the mechanic communicated well with me and each other. Found the rite parts and went outta their way to get what I needed. Did a great job. Both bikes ran like new. May purchase a newer bike from them soon

Service department is good here, didn't used to be that much. But new ownership, and new workers @ least in the back. Nice, they communicate well with the service manager, he ses like a guy that cares a lot about people and it shows. Stop in you might just be impressed with the new service department here.

I've been riding for a few years now and have always stopped in to cycle specialties to get parts and gear, as of the last year I was on the hunt to purchase a new (to me) motorcycle, and quite honestly every motorcycle I've purchased has always been cash and always private sellers so buying from a dealer for a motorcycle was a "new experience" for me, the sales and finance team at cycle specialties made things really easy for me and even managed to get me a Yamaha Extended Service contract on my 2012 R1, I'm very happy with my purchase and the staff at cycle specialties and when I'm in the market again for another motorcycle I will be making this store my first stop!

We purchased a dirt bike for my daughter's birthday. Greg Fails and Justin Kramer were great. They were extremely helpful, with the entire process. They never pressured, answered all our questions and were very friendly. They went above and beyond by holding the bike til my daughter's birthday, when they wrapped it and put a balloon on it and help us make it a great surprise. Thanks again for an overall amazing experience, would recommend them for all your motorsports needs.
