Erica was absolutely amazing. She made me feel like a valued customer and even took the time to go over all the information I was asking for. She made my process extremely easy and I look forward to working with this company.

Been a returning customer to stores based out of Flagstaff on Milton and and stores based out of Phoenix and Glendale. But the lake Havasu location and especially Jose the store manager were absolutely my best experience yet and Probably the best customer service I've ever experienced. I highly recommend Rent a center of Lake Havasu.. Absolutely astounded!!! Had a misunderstanding with a couple things I received. Which I believe was my fault. But JOSE the store manager personally called me and not only resolved my problem but went above and beyond. I am absolutely dumb founded with how great not only Jose has been but the entire store. Absolutely incredible experience and highly highly recommend them.
