They are the best! I wanted some very unique sculptures to complete my great room, and Rosalyn worked feverishly to track them down and get them to me and have them delivered the very next day after she received them. Michael Allen’s service will not disappoint you!

They bought out another local business, a competitor, they did have the same piece of furniture that Mills Brothers had down the street, they were not willing to provide any better deal, and their delivery price was double, so I went with Mills Brothers, so they don't buy them out as well.

Amazing store! The girls are so friendly and professional. I especially liked the gal who is the new manager, Danielle. She is very helpful and knowledgeable about the furniture as well. She also has no problem loading up the truck if she's needed. Very well organized and can think on her feet. All the employees are pretty great! If you're looking for a great brand and people that stand behind it, then this is your store. Highly recommend ❣

The sales person who helped us was Autum. Autum helped us alot in looking at different sofas. She was very pleasant to work with. We will go back again. Ask for Autum if you need help with any thing that you may be looking for

Went there just planning to "look." Ms. Dawedeit waited on us and was very helpful in answering any queries I had. Just before leaving I happened to notice a sofa that I hadn't seen before. After a few helpful answers to my questions and a gentle push by Ms. Dawedeit, I decided to buy the sofa I was looking at. I have to admit is was a pleasant shopping experience and glad I shopped there.

I've always liked Michael Alan, But this Outlet is a little to pricey for being a Outlet. Asked about a chair type and manufacturer and was told it would probably retail round $3,700.00.
I located that $3,700.00 for $1,700.00 down the street.
