I just had major dental work and these people helped me find items I could eat.. and I wanted to bathe in their mashed potatoes and gravy.. omg to die for goodness (was supposed to be for their pot roast special)

The atmosphere is cozy and the service a little bit slow at times but the love you feel in the air along with the AMAZING food that is prepared for you will leave you with a smile...

Had a great lunch date with my new guy here. Awesome service, tasty food, and a homey atmosphere. We felt right at home, had fun talking with other tables, and enjoyed our meal. The owners are extremely friendly and has a great time talking with them too. Definitely coming back.

We recently moved in across the street from the restaurant. The owners and employees are very nice and polite. There very clean for example the tables, dishes..ect and the food is absolutely amazing. If I were someone just visiting or just moved here or passing through id definitely stop at THE WILD YARD BIRD if you want great food that taste like a homemade meal not some reproduced type of taste each meal is cooked with care and with an amazing and polite staffing I couldn't say anything better but amazing. * * * * * + stars.

Mark and Alice are great people and operate a wonderful restaurant full of great food and camaraderie! Nice variety menu and excellent daily specials! I've been missing your coffee, omelettes and soups while in the "great north wet (west)". See you in March!

I stopped here for breakfast on a weekend getaway and was SUPER impressed with the food and the service. Our waitress was extremely friendly and the food was the best breakfast food I've had in a long time. I would definitely recommend checking it out. Bonus: Locally brewed coffee!

Jillian's has long been loved in Princeton. It now has new owners & still much to love. Keeping much from the old menu, the great selection adds an excellent corned beef hash and daily specials that are sure to keep you coming back. It's great to see a new place open up in town especially when it adds something new and tastes great.

My first time here, I ordered the corned beef hash with two over easy eggs and rye toast. It came out piping hot! And so delicious! I'm coming back again!

What a great little diner. The place is always busy, because the food is fantastic and priced right. Service is quick and your coffee cup is always full. A true destination spot in Princeton for breakfast or lunch.

Awesome steak and eggs and real american fries too not frozen squares and no loud yelling to the kitchen or waitresses while you're eating. My new place to eat breakfast in town for sure.
