Do yourself a favor and make a trip to Lonsdale, MN! Huge variety of menu items all done exceptionally well! Burgers, wings, ribs, brisket, great beer menu!

Im addicted to the wontons and all food here is incredible. The aiolis are insane and you can see the passion they have for what they do. You can see how much pride Andrew and company put into these dishes. I will definitely be coming from Prior Lake weekly to eat here. Thanks again Smoke !!!

Got the brisket nachos with beans,
Double patty burger with American and all toppings, thee smoked chicken samwhich, & the kids got mac and cheese and chicken tenders.

Let me tell you, everything was absolutely delicious. I was amazed. The chicken and the burger were so tender and juicy. This is one of the best beef burgers I have ever had. We will defintley be returning to try some other things.

Our server was very attentive and polite. The place was pretty busy and still we never had to wait for anything. The food didn't take long at all to come either

We paid about 85$ for all the food plus drinks. Well worth the price and not bad for 6 people.

Stopped here on a bike ride a few years ago and enjoyed so much I’ve been back many times since. Staff is friendly and engaging …knowledgeable about their beverages and brisket.

You are very lucky if you live within an hour of this fabulous BBQ restaurant. Went for lunch and would've went back for supper if I could've! It's seriously some of the best food I've ever had! Appetizers we had frickles and rosemary pork belly burnt ends, the best pickles! And the seasoned sour cream with them!!!! Burnts ends on point!!!! My sister and I shared the parmesan cheese crusted patty melt with tots, and my niece had a brisket sandwich with tots. It was all so good!!! They have a large selection of craft beers.

I've been driving by for 4 years, always smelling the amazing smoky BBQ and telling myself, "I should stop here." Well last week I finally did, and I feel dumb for missing out on this little gem. The atmosphere is really cool, the inside is small but cozy, the food is AMAZING and the beer selection is good.

Great atmosphere, good quality drink menu and great food. Owner and staff are friendly and take pride in their work. Had the chicken sandwich special which was very nicely done and tater tots which were up there with best I’ve ever had. A++

We had an amazing dining experience at Smoke this evening. They have an awesome beer selection, I had a sour that was great. Hubby had the 3 meat combo, pulled pork, ribs & brisket. Delicious all around and great portion sizes 👌🏻 Definitely in my top 3 briskets that I’ve eaten. I had Birria tacos special which was phenomenal. The serrano sauce was perfectly spicy and I can’t wait for leftovers tomorrow! The owner and his wife were both working and it was nice to chat with them. Thanks for an excellent meal - we’ll be back!

Wow. Excellent food. We went on a Wednesday afternoon, sat down around 5 on the patio and had one of their many good beer selections. Started with a couple of slices of the bacon and an order of wings. The wings are dynamite, crispy on the outside and delicious. The bacon was a treat as well. We tried the pulled pork, brisket, bison burger topped with pulled pork, mac and cheese, baked beans and everything was wonderful. Alyssa was our waitstaff and she was fabulous, made the meal even better. Thank you Alyssa you are awesome. This place is worth the drive. You can smell the yummy goodness when you get out of your car. if you are a real fan of smoked meats and BBQ, you will enjoy this place. Nice job Smoke, we will be back.

Absolutely AMAZING!!! Smoked pork was super moist, delicious flavor, Brisket was thick cut, amazingly tender, recommended Carolina sauce!! Chicken wings are HUGE. Macaroni and cheese, OMG!! This place ROCKS!! Highly recommended, well worth it and a top notch BBQ restaurant.

The brisket and ribs are mouth watering, thick, and delicious! The brews are simply fantastic. I’ve tried BBQ offering around Minnesota and this is hands down my favorite.

The food was amazing! Wings were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I had the BBQ Style pulled pork sandwich with garlic and herb tots and it was sooo good! Definitely worth the drive from the Twin Cities. Also really enjoyed the beer selection!

We stopped by Smoke for dinner today and had a very nice time! The patio is dog friendly which is fantastic, so we brought our dog, Guinnes!! The food was quite tasty and they have a very good craft beer selection. Definitely check them out!

Had the baby back ribs. They were very,very good. It's nearly impossible to find real BBQ around here. Many places don't even use wood in their process, and the ones that do its hardly noticeable. I highly recommend this place. It's real BBQ

So I tried Smoke for the first time last night since moving to Elko New Market a year ago. I have a fairly (or sometimes unfairly) large background in BBQ so I am at the point that I am uber picky about my smoked meats and the quality as well as the sauces. Here is my observations from my experience.

The meat was smoked excellently. I ordered ribs and brisket (brisket is - quite frankly - one of the tests of a pitmaster's skills - it is VERY easy to mess it up). Both the ribs and the brisket had a near perfect smoke bark to them all around. The brisket was moist and very tender - something that can only be achieved with talent, experience and proper attention paid to the meat and the process. The smoke ring was a perfect even width around the entirety of the brisket. The flavor of the smoke was clean (not gas, fuel or anything like that which can be easy to taste). The ribs had a perfect bark (the bark is like a crust for people who aren't bbq fiends) while maintaining tenderness and moisture inside. They were very good.

I tried both the regular and spicy house made sauce. If you are familiar with Arthur Bryant's or Gate's in Kansas City, it was a very similar style - PERFECT for pork and almost perfect for beef (keep in mind, I said I am difficult, lol). The mild was Minnesota mild and the spicy was what I would call Minnesota Spicy - it would likely be my go to for a milder bbq. A suggestion I would make would be to consider a fiery version utilizing smoked habanero and a garlic undertone for people who really wanted to crank things up with a slow burn.

All in all I can honestly say this is one of the best BBQ Restaurants in Minnesota and it is at the level that it could DEFINITLY hold it's own in a place like Kansas City against some of the biggest and most famous BBQ Joints. If you aren't from the small community of Lonsdale, I would say that it is VERY worth the drive from the Cities or even the Northern or Eastern parts of the cities - it is THAT good.

TLDR version - It's good. Darned good!

The food here is absolutely delicious! You will not be disappointed with their smoked meat! The staff is also very friendly. Aaron was nice and accommodating! We’ll be back!

Omg!!!! This place is AWESOME!!.... MY sister just moved to the neighborhood and we had ordered pretty much a little of everything from smoked chicken... Brisket... bacon mac and cheese.... cole slaw.... chips.... Ribs.....EXTREMELY DELICIOUS AND MOUTHWATERING FOOD!!.... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!.... and we WILL be back for more!!
