A myriad of flavours in the food we ordered - Samusa Soup and Burmese Chow Fun. The Samusa soup has falafel and samosa and fried potato - never before have I had this combination. It was really well put together, and the soup broth was really flavourful too. Coming to the noodles, again- great mix of flavours. Will definitely come here again. Decent enough vegetarian items on the menu. There’s plenty of street parking in the Burlingame area, so coming here should be easy.

My first time here, and also first time to a Burmese restaurant. The server suggested the Burmese Chow Fun which was very tasty. Medium spiciness was perfect . The couple running the restaurant are very nice. The restaurant was not noisy. Perfect for a relaxing meal!

i rarely write reviews but this place is so so good. i got the food delivered so cannot speak to the customer service, but the food was still piping hot when it got here and was just amazing. they filled everything to the top. definitely try their orange sesame chicken—probably the best i’ve had.

WOW!! Amazing fresh flavorful food! We had tea leaf salad, eggplant with garlic and Yangon noodles with shrimp med spicy—Unbelievable and SO good!!!

Super friendly place! The spinach with garlic was very tasty and they were very kid-friendly. Good service. Baby high chair available. You get tap water on the side for free. Can recommend!

Great food with reasonable prices. Waitress was nice and attentive. They also have a seating area out back.

Service here was excellent. Very little wait time on a Saturday night for dinner. We enjoyed everything we ordered except the garlic noodles which were too salty

I cannot say enough good things about Yangon. The food is phenomenal, the service is great, the tea leaf salad to die for. The pumpkin pork stew is made to order, takes about 20 minutes, and is worth the wait. I’m drooling just writing this review.

These place is incredible! Food was unique and amazing! Highly recommend! Owner/ staff was super nice and friendly as well. The place is very clean too!

Amazing service, great energy, educational, and of course the food was delicious. Please do yourself a favor and try the Nan Gyi Toke. Our waiter Eric was kind, attentive, and a great representation of Burmese culture and food. Will be back.

Tasty Burmese and Chinese dishes are served here. The staff is very friendly and always welcoming.

I LOVE this restaurant!!! I probably eat here 2 to 3 times a week. It has quickly become my go to lunch spot! I highly recommend this place 😋🤤

That Curry pork with coconut Rice is my favorite, make me childhood memory. My parents always talk about "Yangon"......

good food, great service for takeout. I said I came from a hotel and they immediately supplied extra utensils and bowls. The "boat" is a Burmese harp.

They're open on Christmas day if you're interested in that "movie and Chinese dinner" American tradition.

FYI: this restaurant serves both classic Chinese and Burmese dishes. We ordered the Mongolian Beef and Chicken Biryani, respectively. Both a delight! Service was prompt and attentive and courteous.

Went after back to school night with 3 families with toddlers. The owners were incredibly gracious and kind and sweet to our girls giving them little bonus treats (and disregarding our noises). The food was amazing!!!! And the owners were kind enough to make the dishes (ordered tapas style) without the spice so our girls could enjoy them with us. Definitely will be returning. Wonderful family restaurant run by a wonderful family. 🙏🏾😊❤

A family run restaurant, delicious food and the menu has a lot of variety and is almost underpriced. Things can go a little slow, so probably come by when you have more time. The people here are delightful. Everything we ordered was good, but the highlight was the Mohinga. Everyone absolutely loved the Mohinga and we finished it in seconds.

They welcomed me at 9:15pm right before their closure. Thank you for the great hospitality & dinner tastes amazing too!!

Yangon is one of my/our favorite restaurants. I've taken my family members who visit from all over the world as well as locally here and they all love it. My best friend and I stumbled on to this place a few years ago when I was searching for a newer place to try but with high reviews. It was love at first taste... Lol. Since then, we've had parties in their backroom and patio, ordered to go or deliveries, or eat here at least once a month.
The owners and staff are very humble, friendly, hardworking, and gracious. I'm proud to bring my visiting friends and relatives here for so many reasons.
Our constant staples/faves: Orange sesame chicken; salt and pepper fish; sauteed string beans; garlic eggplant; tea salad, samosas, honey walnut shrimp; and Burmese chow fun.
