I can’t say enough good about Greg at lighting specialists in Orem. He is so kind and so good at what he does and I want to give him all the business I can because of that! He has helped me with all the lights in my home and he has years and years of experience. I found several lights online and when I sent him the lights I liked, he was able to find all of them. Always ask and I’m sure he will have the light you are looking for!! The website can be overwhelming but Greg makes it easy. His customer service has been top notch when I decided to switch something out. He was kind and willing to help me without getting annoyed that I changed my mind. He even looked up the lights I wanted instead and was so great. He gives fair pricing and doesn’t take advantage of you financially. I look forward to working with them whenever I need new lights. I am a designer & I've been going to Lighting Specialist since 2010. They have quality & beautiful selections in their showroom. If you don't want your home to look like everybody else don't shop at the big box stores. Their prices are very comparable too. Yes you could shop online but you want to see it in person. Pam Pinter at the Orem location was awesome ! She was super helpful.

Pam was excellent! Her knowledge of the products and help with answering questions left me feeling very confident and very impressed with this business. She was professional and kind (which is hard to find nowadays) and gave me some great ideas on my future lighting purchases!

Huge thanks to Greg Johnson who worked with us as we selected lights for our whole house from scores of books, magazines and website and ultimately asked him to find what they were. In many cases we found better deals online for the lights and he was willing to match every price we brought him.

So far so good with service. It's not the biggest store but they make of for that with advice and inventory they can look up. It's a good idea to take pictures of the area you want to put lighting in. That will give them a good idea of what your looking for not to mention streamline the process. They're one of the only lighting stores in the area and worth the drive.

I really appreciate the knowledge of the team, as an Interior Designer I depend on them to make my clients experiences great! They have never disappointed.

I love this place

The showroom is a very unique form of modern bohemian design, giving you a lot of access to a lot of different varieties into your possibilities. Paired with the vast amount of catalogs and connections the company has is impeccable, I am a firm believer in local business, however, there is something to be said for clutter, while the showroom has a lot of options, it can be visually distracting. Someone should really clean the place up.
