Everything went very smoothly. It was such a relief after we had received a very poor-quality bed from another DME company. John was very polite and caring. Thank you for helping to make this transition easier for us.

I saw Kenny RCP this morning. Nice man, answered all my questions and helped me find the right mask. Ive been to offices where the person acts like its an issue to get out of their seat. He kept going to get more masks and even got up to explain the cleaning machines.
Definitely keep him on the payroll. 😀

Great customer service from initial study through fitting and usage instructions. Kenny provided instructions in a professional manner and easy to understand not just usage but also resupply procedures. A+ business.

I have been dealing with the company for years. The staff is great.
The help and taking care of my needs is also great.
However 2 things I do not like.
1. The automated calling system is so annoying and always seems to overlap with the orders I make on the phone. I always make orders by calling the office and I still get the automated phone calls. And everytime I get the automated call, my orders get confused and delayed.
2. I am not sure if the company is saving money but usually it takes 2 weeks to get supplies which in these days and age seem to be unusual.

Trisha was lovely and helped me with my machine but when I needed help getting answers to figure out why I was taking my mask off in the middle of the night I couldn’t get anywhere. Did everything that she recommended as well as any of the other specialists as well as my doctors. I ended up having to take my matching back since I couldn’t even breathe with the mask on during the day or at night to meet my compliance for my insurance. Between that they gave me wrong information about my supply being paid for my my insurance and what I needed to clean on my machine and what I didn’t need to worry about. Over all they are lovely people and wonderful customer service just need more knowledge about what type of masks works for people and same goes for the machines.
