Catskill Town Justice

Great experience here getting our marriage license. We made an appointment months in advance as we were coming from Philadelphia to get married in NY. It was an easy process, and the town clerk Elizabeth is very nice to work with. Also, Catskill is an amazing town to explore and visit shops.

The town of Catskill is a pleasure to work with in every way! Permits are processed in a very efficient manner. They have a very quick turnaround., however you must make sure to have all your insurance in place. Christina at the code enforcement office really goes above and beyond her call of duty. All the employees at the town of Catskill really go out of their way to help. Thank you!!

I couldn't be any more pleased with the my experience with the Catskill Town Court. The clerk Kim was especially nice, attentive and helpful. Having practiced law for 20 + years in hundreds of small and large courts, this ranks near the top by way of service.

My wife had the pleasure of meeting Mr Mott. He was not a very friendly man. Repeatedly speaking down to my wife like she was a child. She felt very belittled by him. He would not let her finish answering a question. He told her "she has no idea what she's talking about because shes not a lawyer". He's a very rude man. He's supposed to interpret the law not abuse it. I hope we never have to endure the pain of meeting this man ever again.

Impossible to reach a human at any of the numbers provided. After several attempts to ameliorate a speeding ticket (i live 1300 miles away so stopping in at the courthouse isn't an viable option) i'm on the verge of having my license suspended due to the inability of me to get a hold of anyone here. Not a happy camper. Do better.

Absolute lowest standard of local government. Unless you have money or friends on the board do not waste your time with the Town of Catskill government.

Rudest employees. They barely answer the phone. You'd think to sit in an air conditioned office they would have better attitudes.

Horrible greedy people, run by white racist.
